Our Jersey and London teams recently delivered comprehensive governance services and legal advice to the global real estate investment company, Kennedy Wilson, on their joint venture with CPP Investments | Investissements RPC.   This collaboration aims to create a single-family housing portfolio in the UK, with an initial target of approximately £1 billion in asset value, including leverage.   The JV also allows for additional capital commitments depending on market opportunities.
