قامت جمعية نادي صاحبات الأعمال والمهن بالتعاون مع مشروع مكانتي التابع للوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية بتنظيم ورشة عمل مميزة تحت عنوان "ممارسات الموارد البشرية: رحلة الموظف". بتيسيير من قِبل السيدة مها الشرفا، حيث ركزت الورشة على تعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين والتنوع في بيئة العمل. شارك الحضور في نقاشات ملهمة واستمعوا إلى قصص نجاح عملية من أرض الواقع، واكتسبوا أدوات عملية لبناء بيئات عمل شاملة داخل شركاتهم ومؤسساتهم. شكرًا لكل من شارك في إنجاح هذه الجلسة وساهم في دفع عجلة التغيير نحو قطاع خاص أكثر شمولًا! BPWA has successfully hosted a half-day workshop titled HR Practices: The Journey of an Employee in collaboration with USAID Makanati. This insightful session, led by Ms. Maha Alshurafa, focused on advancing gender equality and diversity in workplaces. Participants engaged in roundtable discussions, shared inspiring success stories, and gained practical tools to foster inclusive environments. Thank you to all who joined us in driving positive change toward a more inclusive private sector!
