The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering various IT projects within our organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses a strong understanding of IT project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Responsibilities:  • Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while meeting quality standards.  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.  • Create detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones. Continuously monitor and adjust plans as needed.  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication & collaboration among team members, stakeholders, & vendors.  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.  • Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as appropriate to ensure project success.  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals. Qualifications:  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).  • Proven experience 3+ years as a Project Manager in the IT sector, successfully delivering complex projects on time.  • Experience in working on projects related to blockchain technology or within the medical industry is highly advantageous.  • Solid understanding of IT project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
