We had an excellent and fruitful talk at the 16th IDRiM Café that took place a couple of days ago (@20 February, 23:30 UTC)! Theme: Art of On-the-Spot Solutions: Spontaneity and Improvisation in Crisis Response The main objective of the 16th cafe is to facilitate discussion on the skills and strategies essential for success and excellence in disasters. The Café will present the importance of spontaneity and improvisation as key elements in crisis management and disaster response through a variety of case studies.
