概要

日新精機は1957年に設立され、当初はモーターコア用の精密金型の製造を事業としていた。当時の職人が金型パーツを「研磨」し、高精度に仕上げました。この「研磨技術」はリフレクター金型の製造にも生かされ、当社の樹脂成形の基礎を築きました。この技術と、地球環境の改善のために社会に貢献したいという思いが、私たちの生分解性プラスチックの生産の原点でした。生分解性プラスチックの射出成形技術の世界的第一人者である小松道夫氏の指導のもと、ポリ乳酸（PLA）を主としたバイオマス由来原料を使用した生分解性プラスチック製品の販売・製造を開始。当社は循環経済モデルに沿った製品の製造を目指しています。また、日新精機では、精密金型・プレス加工、リフレクター金型・プレス加工、日新CNC三次元自由曲管ベンダーなどの製品を通じ、半世紀以上に渡りお客様のニーズに応える製品づくりに努めております。

The European Union has now included soil-biodegradable mulch films, coating agents, and water retention polymers in the Fertilizing Products Regulation (FPR), a major move toward sustainability in agriculture. These products meet strict compostability standards, ensuring they are safe for the environment and soil health. At BPI, we prioritize the integrity and safety of products in the marketplace. That’s why we require companies to disclose their formulations, including ingredients present at even less than 0.1%. Here’s why this is essential: ✔️ Ensuring Compliance: Full disclosure allows our technical reviewers to assess the formulation thoroughly. This enables us to determine the necessary testing protocols to ensure conformity with ASTM standards and the BPI Certification Scheme. ✔️ Strengthening Our Standards: When we have detailed insight into formulations, we can continuously refine our standards and testing methods. This ensures that all certified products meet the highest quality and safety benchmarks. ✔️ Confidentiality is Key: We understand that proprietary information is sensitive. That's why we have a Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement (CDA) in place with all certification applicants. Rest assured, we take confidentiality very seriously. The information shared with us is strictly used for the certification process and will not be disclosed externally. Your trust is paramount to us. By working together transparently, we can uphold the standards that protect consumers and support the integrity of the industry. 🌿 Italy is setting a global standard in sustainable waste management with its innovative approach to compostable plastics. 🇮🇹✨ In 2020, Italy launched their EPR scheme, the world’s first program focused on compostable plastics. Now, nearly 90% of Italians are separating food waste, and 83% of compostable plastics are being effectively recycled into compost. Through these measures and ongoing efforts, Italy is turning waste into valuable resources; 1.9 million tonnes of high-quality compost annually, to be exact, and the country's compost market is set to reach 2 million tonnes by 2026. 🌍🌱 This is why BPI advocates for thoughtful EPR programs that incorporate compost - it can be done, and it can be done well.
