    ++March 8th is International Women's Day++ ✨The ROHM Group places a high priority on attracting talented human resources with diverse values and perspectives, regardless of nationality, gender, age, or disability. Here are messages from ROHM Group employees to current and future colleagues! The third interview is with a section manager at ROHM Electronics Philippines, Inc. (REPI), the Corporate Sustainability Section🎤   Q1) What has been your biggest challenge? My biggest challenge was transitioning from the job I had become accustomed to for over 11 years to handling the Corporate Sustainability Section through a job rotation in April 2024. Stepping outside my comfort zone and managing transitions felt uncomfortable at first, but it led to growth and opened up new possibilities in my career!   Q2) What are your future goals? My goal is to stay with ROHM, a beloved company, until I retire. I joined the company in 2012 and have loved it since. I'm committed to professional growth, expanded skills, and contributing to impactful projects. Balance in life is also a priority. #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2025 #IWD #AccelerateAction

The second interview is with an assistant manager at ROHM Semiconductor India, who is responsible for new product development of power devices in India🎤   Q1) What has been your biggest challenge? Early in my career, transitioning from CMOS process engineering for an 8-inch wafer fab to Power Devices New Product development was a significant challenge. We design and develop products catering to the market needs by collaborating with our colleagues in India and Japan. The key to working through this phase was to maintain a mindset of continuous learning and embracing the power of cross-functional collaboration. Overcoming this challenge allowed me to become a more well-rounded professional with a broader technical and strategic perspective!   Q2) What is your driving force? My driving force is a deep passion for semiconductors and the positive impact that technology can have in everyday life. The opportunity to attend to customer queries and develop new products that improve experiences and create value and good relationships keeps me motivated. The constant evolution of the semiconductor industry provides endless challenges and immense opportunities. I thrive on the chance to make a tangible, positive impact through the work that my team and I do for the betterment of the world. #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2025 #IWD #AccelerateAction

The challenge for me is to face difficulties in my daily work without running away from them. From the time I joined the company until today, there have been many obstacles and changes, but I have grown by overcoming them each time. The process is painful, but there is a sense of accomplishment at the end of it. I am the person I am today because of the experiences I have had so far. Q2) Future Goals My goal as a member of the Sustainability Promotion Department is to create a system that enables each and every employee of the entire ROHM Group to My motivation comes from the desire to live up to the expectations of those who believe in me.
