These are a pair of dies molded with very unique procedure. The model for these dies is the shape of final product, not die's shape. V-prcess enables of transferring the shape for opposite one by only switching vacuum piping line. This unique advantage has achieved to produce a paie of dies from final production shape.

Japanese counterweight requires strict weight tolerance though dimensional torelance is loose. Concequently, counterweights produced by conventinal processes required excess machining allowance to adjust the weight within the control range. Counterweights produced by V-Process secure the weight within the control range and eliminates weight adjustment.
