We phoned prior to find out parking options. They said no valet. We arrive and sure enough, there’s complimentary valet parking for guests. This was a pleasant surprise. The lady at reception was not especially helpful. We requested an early check-in during booking process. We arrived around 2 hours prior to normal check-in and were told our room wasn’t recently. We paid extra for breakfast, $100 meal credit and late check-out. The receptionist twice mentioned a $50 credit - not sure why? Our lunch meal at restaurant Nineteen was excellent. Fresh oyster journey, moreton bat bugs and dessert. An extensive wine list including by the glass. The infinity pool on level 19 looks amazing. Given more time, we would have used it for sure. We booked the stellar room. The room itself was spacious and luxurious. King bed. Separate living/dining room. Both with large TVs. Bath tub. Monsoon shower. Bath robes and slippers. Smart lighting and curtains. Large balcony with 180 degree view, albeit ocean view mostly obstructed by other buildings. Mid afternoon, we received a random knock on the door. It was the turn down service. We didn’t oblige. Reception had failed to mention this. We ordered room service for dinner. Uninspired menu. Burger and fries took around 45 mins. It was warm at best. And very over priced. There was some loud-ish dance music being played in the shared corridor, over the in-house audio speaker system. Poor choice. We could hear it while watching TV in bed. Fortunately, the next sound track improved around 2300h. Breakfast was pre-paid. We were handed a memu and told we could order what we wanted. Juice, tea or coffee and a main. We ordered crab omelette and some sides. We were unexpectedly charged extra for the sides. It wasn’t explained to us. Thankfully, check-out was simpler and smoother than check-in. Concierge and valet were on point. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but for the price tag, don’t think it represents fair value - we’ll unlikely return.
We arrived at 4:30pm and were told our room was not ready - the hotel was short staffed. I was promised a hamper for the inconvenience, and 10% off our next stay. The family behind us had been waiting for 2 1/2 hours for their room! The room was ready at 5:45pm - we had dinner reservations at 6:30pm which we were late for. The apartment was spacious, unfortunately quite noisy with the traffic outside. Upon checking, the dishwasher was not cleaned before we checked in and the shower head was broken in the 2nd bathroom. The hamper I was promised was not given - instead we were given vouchers to go to Q1 for 2 adults and 2 children. These we could not use as 1 of our children was too old for the vouchers. I would have preferred the promised hamper. This stay was for our wedding anniversary - it was not the stay I had hoped for.
We recently got married at the Mantra Broadbeach on the Park. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment on the 16th Floor, and the room exceeded our expectations. The view from our balcony was magnificent, and the modern clean and spacious apartment provided us with everything we needed. For our special occasion, we must say a massive thankyou to Corey the Reception Manager. He was extremely helpful from the outset, and was always on hand if we had any questions or issues. We have to say a big thank you to Corey. He put us at ease, and always had a smile on his face. We would highly recommend a stay at the Mantra Broadbeach on the Park. Great location, fantastic apartment, and lovely staff. We hope to stay there again. Thanks again. John & Gaynor.
Stayed here for the first time 6 years ago . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay then . The Bel Air is situated very handy across the road from the tram station and Pacific Fair shopping centre and 5 minutes walk from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this time also.Admittedly we noticed the accommodation was a little tired and dated but that didn’t particularly worry us . The apartment was clean and bed was comfortable. If it wasn’t for the dated facilities we would’ve given the Bel Air a five . We will be back!
The apartment we stayed in was fantastic and clean. It was in a great location being walking distance to all Broadbeach restaurants, shops and the beach. The pool was fantastic and big enough to swim laps. The amount of crockery , cutlery and utensils was extremely minimalistic. BUT. We were advised of the possibility of construction noise on the west side of the building. This was nothing compared to the horrendous construction noise on the east side of the building. Heavy machinery and foundation drilling noise was a constant. For our entire stay, we were unable to sit on our balcony overlooking the ocean due to the noise until about 5.00 in the afternoon. This construction would start at 6.30 in the morning (with the exception of Sunday) and was extremely intrusive. Fortunately we experienced great weather for our stay so we were able to spend time at the beach for some serenity. Reluctantly would NOT recommend staying at these apartments while construction is occurring to the east
We were so impressed with Boulevarde Towers, Broadbeach and its excellent location. Opposite and overlooking the beach, 5min walk to fabulous restaurants and shops. 5 min walk to the light rail that takes you all the way up to Surfers and Southport and down to Pacific Fair shopping. Well appointed, clean and modern 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Internal laundry with washer, dryer, ironing appliances, drying rack and tub. Very handy when the children are swim racing everyday. Modern full kitchen, dining and living surrounded by windows and 2 sliding glass doors, directly overlooking the beach and all the way down the beach to Coolangatta. Great big modern comfy lounges to seat a family. The wrap around balcony was perfect for sitting, enjoying a drink and watching the sun rise and set over the ocean and beach, from Broadbeach down to Coolangatta. Bed linen and towels were all changed by the housekeeper half way through our stay. Such a lovely and unexpected touch! The outdoor pool and spa is modern and fabulous with an abundance of outdoor sun lounges for all to enjoy. A great 'sun catch' area to relax. We booked direct through Terry at Boulevarde Towers. He was so helpful and happy to help with any date changes we had in advance. Will be going back next year!! Recommend Boulevarde Towers to all. Donna
Great position , walked to teppanyaki then ****** on back, easy walk . Shops close by and lovely long walk on beach Sunday morning and check out the markets in the park opposite. Apartment a bit dated but great price and comfortable to sleep in .. perfect for us.
