Couldn't have been happier with my stay at Empire. The location was ideal, being just across the road from the main train station and tram stop, making it incredibly easy to travel to all the sights that the city has to offer. As for the hotel itself, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable, clean and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend to anyone planning to visit Luxembourg City!

2023年12月にクリスマスマーケットに3泊しましたが、ホテルの場所は良く、市場の1つは道路のすぐ上でした。空港(No.29)へのバス停は歩いてすぐで、角を曲がったところに市内中心部へのトラムがあります(天気が良い場合は、市内中心部まで徒歩10分)。私たちの部屋自体はとても清潔で快適でした。チェックインを除いて、スタッフとの交流はあまりありませんでしたが、チェックインは迅速でフレンドリーでした。私たちは朝食を選びなかったので、それについてコメントすることはできません。ホテルの近くにはかなりの数のバーや場所があります。

Review of thurs 28.12.23: Room 502 Hotel Grey Luxembourg. Quant hotel open 24 hours. Right across from the main train station. The room was modern with a safe, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, and built-in wall radio Rooms with modern decor and soundproof. The bathroom was nice with a big shower. The reception staff Sabir was very helpful. Free Wi-Fi is available. We did not have breakfast. All trams and buses are free to use. Walking distance to the tourist section. 古さはもちろんありましたが、クラシカルな雰囲気が素敵なホテルです。 水回りなどは新しくされているのか、とても綺麗でした。 快適な熱さと水圧のシャワーと、ドライヤーも強力で最高です。 長旅の疲れを癒してくれる素敵なインテリアが気にいりました。 駅から3分位で着くのも素晴らしいです。 フロントの方もにこやかでとてもおすすめのできるホテルです。

市内中心部から少し離れています。シングルルームは、メインのベストウエスタンエントランスの向かいにあります。スーパーマーケットといくつかのレストランが徒歩5分以内の周辺にあります。部屋は小さいですがきれいです。バスルームは清潔でモダンです。再び滞在する可能性があります

Great hotel, friendly staff on check in and check out In the heart of the centre and easy walk to all Christmas markets and landmarks the city offered Comfy rooms, handy and simple bathroom / room amenities. Only downside was the charging points for mobile phone or devices the points were below the table and right on the floor (a bit inconvenient as no charging points near the bed). Great continental breakfast served each morning. The housekeeping team did a great turndown service could not fault it . I would highly recommend and suggest staying here however there are other 4star hotels similar to the price offered by Hotel Vabun

Definitely don't go there! Hotel booked and paid in advance. Anticipating a late arrival, I called the hotel in the afternoon. The hotel's response ”don't worry, it's open 24 hours a day and there is always someone at the reception. I arrive at the hotel around midnight: the door is open but there is no There's no one at the reception. I'm waiting 1h-2h, always nobody. It's 3h in the morning and I'm still waiting. Nobody at the phone, nobody at the email... This is unimaginable and unacceptable in such a country as Luxembourg !!!So little respect for the customer.And yet it is their job!Hotel to avoid absolutely if you do not want to sleep on 2 armchairs at the reception.Yet the hotel had my telephone number to explain to me what should I do if I arrive and there is no one at the reception............................... .....
