The hotel and the rooms are clean, modern, and well appointed. The room we were in was very spacious and the heated bathroom tiles are a nice touch. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was fantastic. I must single out the reception staff for praise, they are very helpful in arranging transport and last minute tour suggestions, even spending a significant amount of time to help us plan our day - and refused to accept a tip when I offered one! Will definitely return for a fantastic experience.

I recently enjoyed a ten-day stay at Klassik Hotel in Chisinau, and it was a very good experience. The staff were polite and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view. The breakfast buffet stood out with its abundance and uniqueness, featuring a wide variety of fresh vegetables and fruits, clearly sourced locally. During my stay, the weather in Moldavia was quite hot, so the hotel's cool and refreshing pool was a delightful retreat. Additionally, the cost of the room offered excellent value for the quality and amenities provided. Without a doubt, I'll choose Klassik Hotel again for my next visit to Chisinau.

I really recommend this small hotel. We were only on Chisinau for two nights but it’s very well located . There are lots of nice boutiques, cafes and upscale restaurants in the surrounding streets . Overall I thought it was far nicer than the area around the larger international brand hotels in the very center. Vadim and the front desk was very helpful both by email beforehand and after our arrival. I had a package I needed help with and they produced duct tape which was very useful and much appreciated.

My goto place in Chisinau ; always welcome staff very friendly ; good breakfast . Big thumbed up to front desk all staff and especially anton who sorted out a few issues for me . One request : the ladies at rhe casino reception need to smile maybe even a little . They remind me of my school teachers .

На bookingе отель подавался как 4⭐️. В реалии оказалось 3.... Огромный плюс, что можно с собой брать питомца 🐕‍🦺. В номере нет холодильника, с душевой кабинки прилично протекало к унитазу. Мы попали на выходные, окна открыты и до часу ночи слышна музыка с соседнего ресторана.. А в остальном нормально, понравилось на завтраке шведский стол от брюха, кондитер там 🔥. Всё вкусно и антураж помещения понравился... В общем, если вы не привереда, то отель для среднего класса подойдет вам. Спасибо, вежливым сотрудникам

Your General Manager Sergiu CEBOTARI, was very accommodating and has excellent customer relations also was very kind and helpful and made my stay extra special. The reception staff on duty was Irina she is very friendly, helpful and kind and did her utmost to make my stay wonderful.
