Dali Erhai·Qianshanji Hotel

My wife and I stayed here for a total of two nights, the check in process took longer than expected since they had trouble with my foreign passport but it was not a big deal. The location is not that great in terms of the stuff around it, its far from a lot of the main shopping areas in Dali and there is very few restaurants around but the scenery is very beautiful and the views from the property are amazing. The room was clean and all the amenities worked. I do wonder if the Dyson hairdryer is an authentic product, my suspicion only arose after my wife used it and said it was not that great. Overall I would only recommend this spot if your plan is to just relax and enjoy the scenery. The area around is pretty much dead with very few things to do. You will end taking a taxi ride for 30-1hr if you want to reach any sort of tourists area. The views are 10/10. 酒店服务很好，景色很美，离大多景点比较远，适合呆酒店发呆。但是让我很不舒服的一件事情就是我们本来是在携程订的酒店，用的信用卡预授权，到达酒店后前台并没有让我们刷卡直接办理了入住，我们以为已经确认入住信用卡会扣款或者他们会晚点来找我们刷卡。后来太累了就把这个事情忘记了，结果第二天起床后酒店前台才来找我们说要付房费，并且不能刷卡要我们微信支付，然后随即我们就收到了携程网发来的消息说房间退了，钱原路返回到信用卡，但是我们并没有操作退房。这个酒店的工作人员说pos机没有且借不到，最后没办法用微信扫他们的收款码直接付的款，我能理解他们这样做不用给携程网的提成直接拿到钱，但是我们既失去了信用卡的积分也失去了携程网的积分，数额也是蛮大的。对于这个不算低端的酒店连pos机都没有并且退掉携程让我们原价直接微信付款还是感到非常不愉快的。

酒店非常驚艷，超大落地窗和小露台，推開門那一刻就被超美麗景色震撼到了。酒店在海東文筆村，相對海西更為安靜，但並不偏僻，附近有飯店超市咖啡廳租車行，很方便。酒店也提供免費接站服務，入住前就會有管家添加微信，每個房間一對一服務，酒店裡的工作人員都是温温柔柔的，態度超級好。裝修很有設計感，房間提供的配套設施用品等等都非常齊全而且品質優良，處處細節滿分。下次再來一定還會選擇這裏的～

房間佈置温馨整潔舒適，服務生都很耐心細緻周到，早餐和下午茶都做得很好吃很豐盛，擺盤看起來就很精緻，很有食慾，離開時還給帶了水果，蘋果還洗乾淨了分裝好的，非常用心的服務！

再次入住千山繼、环境一如過往、只是天氣不給力、藍天白雲的視野有點灰蒙。民宿服務人員工作態度非常好、熱情款待！到店、離店都幫忙拿行李、值得點贊👍！下午茶、早餐也蠻丰富的。
