The hotel staff was supportive but basic facilities like hot kettle with some tea coffee sachet were not available inside the room. Also the geyser was not working. Though room space fair enough.

It's an underrated hotel. Had a comfortable stay. Staff very courteous and prompt in service. Nice and beautifully done room.

If you are in Karnal, this is the best property for you to stay in. You may find a better facility in Karnal but you will not find better hospitality anywhere else. We visited Karnal for my son's tennis tournament in January 2022. It was my first time there and i must say Gopinath was the right choice. I stayed in Leela Grande initially but had to shift to Gopinath as the heater in Leela grande was not upto the mark and it was around 5-6 degree temperature. Gopinath had the best rooms with heater facilities and their rates were quite competitive. The best part of hospitality of the owner Mr. Ashok Kapoor. He was very friendly and made sure that my son gets the best food experience of Karnal. He himself made sure to suggest us the best cooked food there. My son still remembers their aaloo pyaz, paneer paratha and chole. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Karnal.
