This was perhaps my worst experience at a hotel in a long time, if ever. The staff were generally friendly, but when I arrived at the hotel I was told that my booking online didn’t have the correct pricing and didn’t include everything listed in the booking and that I would have to pay more to upgrade for those things. They then told me to discuss with Trip if that was an issue. They were nice about it, but clearly a miscommunication there between them and Trip or the hotel staff was not updating their situation on the app timely. The internet connection / Wi-Fi at this hotel is so poor that you basically have to be on the ground floor next to the router to receive normal connection. On the other floors it’s extremely slow or just goes out because you’re too far away. (How hard is it to just buy a repeater or two and place them on each floor? They’re also fairly cheap…) If you don’t have a SIM card and are relying on Wi-Fi then avoid this place. The place seemed overall really disorganized honestly. I would avoid this place unless the owner can manage to fix these things.
