フロントのスタッフはとても丁寧でテキパキしていました。午後11時に到着したとき、すべてが手配され、10分以内に部屋に入ることができました。チェックアウトはとても早かったです。 朝食はとても美味しく、英国式朝食のホットスポットがあり、すぐに補充されました。 部屋は比較的狭く、大きな荷物を2つ持っていたため、移動するスペースが非常に狭くなりました。必要なスイッチの押し方がわからないのかわかりませんが、私が泊まった2泊は暖房がなかったので、かなり不便でした。 市内中心部ではありませんが、スピニングフィールズまでは歩いて10分強です。近くの小売公園には大きなスーパーマーケットやコーヒーショップもあり、とても便利です。 ここには広い駐車場があり、宿泊者は無料で利用できるのでとても便利です！

The Holiday Inn West Manchester is located near university of Southport which make it very convenient for students here for exchange programs. There are nearby fast food outlets such as KFC and McDonald’s which makes it very convenient to purchase food after midnight. There are also shops such as JD sports, the Costa coffee enables convenience to get a quick meal when needed. Overall, the staff are friendly and I am very pleased with the stay here.

It’s a holiday inn and not a bad one. Front desk staff are lovely. Would book again if I was passing

Really enjoyed our stay, easy check in and out. However, slight mixup and confusion at first by giving up a room that someone has already booked, luckily when we went in they weren’t in but they sorted it and ensured us it wouldn’t happen to us.

The room is very comfortable to stay, and the quailty of breakfast is very good.

It was a good stay at Holiday Inn Manchester West. A free parking is essential and most convenient to family travel.

Good breakfast. Spacious room including a big bath room. Very quiet area, especially evening and night. Only a few restaurants nearby with almost no guests, so returned to take the dinner at hotel lobby restaurant.

Location: very good (for concert at the ao arena), free parking: great, staff: great, breakfast: very good (lot of choice)....but bedroom above main street and very noisy...didn't sleep well. Soundproofing: very poor
