Hotel Uno Prague

The word „Bad” is too good to describe this hotel. Let me take a closer look at this terible disapointment. This Hotel is very well promoted on meany websites (B;TA;K) The hotel's advertisements show that we have 4 stars hotel, free parking, a discount card for selected places in Prague, welcome drinks and tickets to the ZOO. The price is of course very good and available... but as we know, if we had to good option it cant be real. Coming back from Munich on a trip to Prague, we decided to stopere); whol building for general renovation, one working elevator, the whole building old, smelly, very neglected, photo wallpapers on the walls (to make int better in the cheapest weay), the room we got looked like from a horror movie, the door didn't close (anyone could enter, rob us and and of our visit in Prague) For the first time we felt that something could happen to us in this hotel, because whole atomospher, people and bad contitions looks like from a classic American thriller. I don't recommend anyone to be guided by the price or photos on portals. This hotel is one big scam.

Nice place to stay to visit Praga with friendly and helpfully staff. Really nice people, young and helpful staff. Rooms clear. Testy breakfast .Good connection via metro. Market in the hotel, so you don’t need to look where to do shopping . Free parking.

Great staff and a supermarket in the building itself! Nothing more needed. The location is also very close by to the city centre and therefore helps no waste time. There's a bus stop right outside and therefore there's no hustle while trying to travel.

The shower and toilet were separate. I prefer them to be together. The coffee, sugar and milk in the room were only refilled upon request. There was no laundry service within the hotel. On a positive note, there is a kettle and mini fridge in the room. There's a luggage storage near reception. The breakfast was ok. Housekeeping did a very good job. The staff were friendly and professional. There's also a ship attached to the hotel which is quite convenient. I loved the welcome drink and the complimentary wine in the room!
