Stayed here during the week not knowing what to expect. Room was probably one of the best Monterey Street motels in SLO. Clean, quiet, and easy walking distance to downtown SLO. Parking is tight but plenty of street parking is available. I would absolutely stay here again!

Second time staying at this motel. It is good stay for our road trip. Room has all the conveniences and generally kept more clean that other accommodations in the same class.
