Yesterday, we had the incredible opportunity to appreciate and recognize the efforts of the outgoing IAESTE Kenya DeKUT Club officials, while also welcoming the new team. The club organized a memorable handover dinner at the White Rhino Hotel in Nyeri, where we took time to reflect on the achievements of the past year. We were honoured to have Dr. Misiko, Director of Quality Assurance at DeKUT, in our presence, as he represented the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Prof. E. Magiri. During the evening, we celebrated the dedication and hard work of the outgoing officials: Mr. Moses Mwangi – President Mr. Daniel Muthui – Vice President Mr. Protus Kigen – Secretary Ms. Ivyne Chepkemoi – Treasurer Ms. Laeticia Mureithi – Events Coordinator Mr. Ian Kemboi – Branding Officer Ms. Rose Maina – Exchange Coordinator Mr. Ian Kigen – Welfare Officer Their tireless efforts have played a crucial role in the growth of the exchange program, both within the DeKUT Local Chapter and across IAESTE Kenya. We are deeply grateful for the strong foundation they have built, which will continue to inspire future generations of IAESTE members.
