Our elimu tab team is striving to make sure that the next generation is empowered and embraces digital literacy. We were so glad to be in Siaya county discussing with the directors on the importance of digital literacy. In attendance were 70 directors from different schools within Siaya county. We understand that by partnering with the different stakeholders in the education sector we can create more opportunities for our children. At elimu tab the goal is to create a digitally literate nation.

Our mission at elimu tab is to inspire young learners and make learning fun and safe all while making use of technology. Elimu tablets are designed with the learner in mind making sure they achieve their goals in life #digitallearning

Today the elimu tab team had a digital literacytraining program at Yogo glory center in Siaya county. In attendance were 100 headteachers and IT teachers from various schools within Siaya county. Our team is dedicated to training the teachers on digital literacy because technology is here to stay and we must learn to embrace it.

At elimu Tab we were honored to be part of an initiative by Busia county government to provide digital learning to approximately 6090 ECD learners across 145 public early childhood development centers(ECD) in Busia county which is located in the western part of Kenya. We also had a two days training for teachers on digital literacy. The Busia county government digital learning initiative powered by elimu Tab was more than just a project it impacted the lives of approximately 6090 students and gave them the chance to be on par with other students from private schools.
