At Fairmont Mara Safari Club, we marked International Men’s Day 2024 with a vibrant celebration dedicated to health, wellness, and legacy. With 87% of our team being men, we understand the unique challenges of being away from family. The day featured impactful talks by our Health & Safety Manager, Daniel Mbugua, and Lodge Manager, Steve Keriga, alongside Pastor Francis Kaikai, who inspired us to focus on well-being and the power of our legacies. We enjoyed team-building activities, a special meal, and a celebratory cake-cutting. In collaboration with our neighboring Maasai community, we connected with the Maasai Morans, embracing cultural traditions and strengthening bonds.
