Our Software Engineering division provides outsourced engineering and testing services, ensuring application compatibility, security, and privacy compliance. In partnership with Microsoft Corporation, we have established Africa’s first Engineering Centre in Kenya. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for managed services, aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including C-level executives, through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communications. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Quota Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed annual sales quotas of $4 – $5 million or more. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met. Required Skills: Experience: Minimum of 10 years in progressively responsible revenue-focused roles. At least 5 years of experience selling IT Professional Services. Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as Head of Sales or similar. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services. Exposure to AI-based enterprise solutions and their application in the managed services sector is also highly preferred.
