It has been an amazing year at Ceriops Environmental Research Organization and we celebrate our relationship with The Nairobi Climate Network. First, through NCN, we received a nomination for The Earthshot Prize. Although we did not make the finalists, we were deeply honored and inspired by the global recognition of the work that we are doing - more on this later 🥳 Again, through NCN, Ceriops has been nominated for the Community Climate Champion award in recognition of the work that we are doing together with the local community restoring the mangrove ecosystem at the Kenyan Coast.
