Climate action Is one of the special programs that we included in our curriculum this year. We believe that teaching children the importance of environmental conservation at a young age goes a long way. We highly advocate for SDG 13 (Climate Action) and we trust that a greener future for our planet...starts with us! Happy Mazingira Day! #mazingiraday #mazingira #sdg13 #projectdigitalimpactfoundation #digitalliteracyforall #EnvironmentalConservation .

Week 4 was a blast for our Junior Techs! 🌳💻 They dove headfirst into the world of Microsoft Excel, mastering formulas, functions, and all sorts of techy tricks🤯. But that wasn't all! We took a fascinating detour into climate action, exploring the ins and outs of climate change and the role of tree planting🥳 . Our students were super excited to learn about environmental conservation and how they can make a difference💖. #projectdigitalimpactfoundation #digitalliteracyforall #sdg4 #sdg13 #climateaction #JuniorTechs #MicrosoftExcel #ClimateAction #TreePlanting #EnvironmentalConservation #TechAndSustainability

Project Digital offers a holistic approach that combines digital literacy with mental health, leadership development, and environmental responsibility👑. This blend ensures not only technological competence but also emotional resilience, adaptability, and a sense of global citizenship😊. The involvement of families and local stakeholders strengthens community engagement and ensures sustainability.💯💯 Today's version of our Boot camp included Navigating the Internet with a blend of mental health awareness; our emotions, stress, anxiety, depression ✅✅and not forgetting the safety practices when using the internet (the do's and don't's ) ✅ We were also happy to have our Founder, Susan Khasoa , together with the codejika team with us...Asante Sana🫂 See you next Saturday 💖

Our Cohort 4 boot camp started today at Ngeria Primary School with 38 Junior Techs from Legetet Primary, AIC Chebaiywo Ruman Primary and Ngeria Primary🥳🥳. The head teacher received us very warmly. We were able to introduce them to the basics of a computer: anatomy of a computer, making sure that they understood everything. We also taught the Junior Techs about the safety practices to observe when using a computer and also when in a computer lab. the children had a lot of questions to ask us..some were unexpected 😅 but we were able to leave them satisfied with the lessons. The teacher on duty with us explained to us how digital literacy is a problem to even the teachers themselves such that they aren't able to successfully teach the children even with the CBC program having computer studies from grade 4. 💔 We are happy that we are able to empower the community with digital literacy skills and bridge the digital divide😊 #projectdigitalimpactfoundation #digitalliteracy #bridgingthegap #empowerment #cohort4 #tech #sdg4 #sdg13 Natalie Okello , Elizabeth Nyamotai , keddy githinji , Mary Mungai ,Cynthiah Mulwo ,AZANETH KOECH , Kaithya Emmah , Maggie Tirop , Susan Khasoa EUGENE MAKAU Stephene Asewe , silvestine maina
