This striking 22-story tower, covering a total construction area of 36,952 square meters, harmoniously combines modern and classic architectural elements. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and advanced MEP systems, the building is designed for optimal efficiency and sustainability, fully compliant with BS Building Code standards. During the handover ceremony on October 17, 2024, held at Hattha Bank’s Town Hall, senior leaders from Hattha Bank and CMED Construction signed the Taking Over Certificates, marking the official transfer. We are proud to highlight that the project, completed over an impressive 3,656,384 man-hours, was delivered with a flawless safety record, achieving zero accidents throughout the construction process. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Hattha Bank on their remarkable new headquarters, a building that reflects their vision for the future and stands as a testament to their commitment to excellence. On 18th July 2024, the Topping-Off Ceremony for GDT Office Tower and Business Complex marked a key moment in the construction process, as the building’s structural framework was completed and it reached its maximum height. We have poured a total of 92,311 cubic meters of concrete, installed 17,900,000 kilograms of reinforcing bars, and achieved over 8,090,383 man-hours of work without a single serious accident. On May 2nd 2024, CMED Construction Co., Ltd. warmly welcomed His Excellency Kong Vibol, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister and His Excellency Khuong Sreng, the Phnom Penh Capital City Governor, as well as other Delegates to the General Department of Taxation Office Building and Business Complex project site located in Chroy Changva Satellite City. His Excellencies paid a visit to the project site, to observe the quality standard of the building as well as the standard of safety being implemented in the project, which CMED puts quality and safety as top priority throughout the construction of this project. Following a comprehensive presentation on the overall design of the building, honored guests were guided around the development, which have also culminated with a spectacular view the city from level 26 of the tower building. Government officials and CMED Construction are both eagerly anticipating the completion of the project after the site visit. Public service efficiency, economic development, and increased collaboration in sharing best practices in the construction industry will all be positively impacted by this massive commitment.
