A master of arming our partners with the training and knowledge they need to not only prepare any drink order a customer can dream up! Last week, our Store managers gathered for a launching of the Shift Supervisor First 30 program by our Learning & Development team to share and discuss all Learning modules and dimensions of SSV approaches while strengthening skill checks for all SSV training as well as the knowledge check and learning journal reflection.  As part of our development, we always care about our partners, who embody the Starbucks culture and make each of those customer experiences personal and memorable.
