On May 20, 2022, Align Partners Capital Management Inc. (“Align Partners”) completed its acquisition of a 14.0% stake in JB Financial Group (KOSE:175330) for a total consideration of KRW248 billion (US$195 mm) from a group of institutional investors. This is Align Partners' second investment in Korea listed bank financial group following its first investment in Woori Financial Group (KOSE:316140) last year.
