https://lnkd.in/g8APWdkm This is a video clip of the results of research on edible insect protein and oil materials that I conducted with my lab students, sleeping 5 hours a day, for over 3 years from 2012 to 2014. This record is already over 10 years old, and I still remember how difficult it was to continue research without any financial support at the time. I even remember that at the university I was affiliated with at the time, my research rights were violated and even asked to stop researching dirty and disgusting insects as food materials. Even though it's an old video, it's a video that always gives me strength and helps me not to lose my original intention. This is the beginning of establishing KEIL later.
