많은 기대를 가지고 방문했고, 경험해본 최고의 호텔이었습니다! 투숙 전/ 투숙 중/ 투숙 후 까지 완결성 있는 서비스를 느낄 수 있었습니다. It definitely was my best staycation ever. Visiting in Raffles Makati was one of my bucket list this year. I had lots of expectations on it, and those my needs fully have been fulfilled for sure :) Its front desk and butler crew contacted me before my stay so that they could prepare my requirements in advance. They carefully noted what I needed and wanted. Every crews and staffs at this hotel showed me their bright hospitality. They did their best for my stay! Especially, I am really appreciate these guys. SHERLYN and EUNICA at Writers bar, Julio and Rudolf (who are the best butlers), Tyra at the front desk, Jayson at Mireo, and my therapist of Willow stream. Sherlyn and Eunica served us so kindly, with their lovely smile whenever we met :) they introduced Raffles’ signature tea and coffee collections. It was really comfortable and amazing time! Rudolf and his head butler Julio, I spent my time well with their dedicated care and help. I could feel I connected with them 24hours. They are quite polite and friendly at the same time. And Sir. Julio’s art tour was amazing and it definitely is the authentic experience at Raffles Makati. I also want to say ‘Salamat PO’ to Tyra and Jayson for making my stay happy and memorable. Jayson who are working at Mireo helped us having the best breakfast ever with his respectful attitude. My therapist (sorry, I couldnt memo her name..) gave me the best spa experience for sure. Her therapy will be my best massage experience for a long time! She was very skillful and specialized! Willow stream..Its massage program has great value for money! Finally I want to prasie all crews and staffs at Raffles Makati. All of them always gave us bright smile so that I felt so happy and comfortable as if I was at home :) Salamat PO, and I hope coming back here ‘Urban Oasis of Makati’ in foreseeable future!!
