|도심까지 거리: 4.27kmI checked into the tru by Hilton on Sunday July 21, 2024. I was greeted by Chandra who was pleasant and made the check in a breeze. Upon my checkout date I decided to make another reservation for the following day July 22,2024 I was then assisted by Dorris . She told me to enter my card and I was charged a pending payment of 183.00 including my deposit. Upon trying to issue a key Dorris was not able to for the system prompted her to take another payment from me. Understanding the payment had just been approved by the processor she advised that she was going to get help from Chandra on what happened. Around 30 minutes later I was told to come downstairs to talk to the general manager Matthew Brummett. He explained he couldn’t see the transaction on his side and then asked me to show him it pending on my banks side, I showed him he assured me he would get to the bottom of it and sent me to the room. As hours passed later on that evening came downstairs to ask Chandra the status of my room. Hilton had already tried to run my card an additional 3x. She assured me that she didn’t know what was going on but they were getting to the bottom of it and my reservation was fine. On my checkout date today Tuesday July 23,2024 I came downstairs and asked Dorris if she had an update on my stay for my card was continuously trying to get charged, she assured me Matt would be in by 9ams advised I talked to him. Ashley 9 am approached I went downstairs to speak to Matt. Before I could ask what happened he told me he didn’t want to hear what I had to say he demanded I made a payment or he would “call the police on me for fraud” (Dorris was present for this interaction and it can be verified) I explained to him that I would make the payment Hilton was trying to authorized but I asked him to provide me with some tangible reassurance such as a receipt that my 183.00 would be returned to my account. Irate he told me that I was trying to tell him how to do his job and I need to take it up with my bank but he would be calling the police. He told my I was committing fraud and indicated I was a criminal in front of not only staff but hotel guests. Then he advised Dorris to process my told me “call corporate “ and stormed off First of all. This is NO WAY TO TREAT ANYONE AT ALL. I never raised my voice became combative or aggressive . As a manager he exuded very poor emotional maturity as well as communication. I showed him where I was charged and asked for a receipt proving that pending transaction would fall off, as I would make the payment of 158.17 and since he couldn’t he not only threatened me, and BELITTLED MY CHARACTER IMPLYING I WAS A CRIMINAL AND BREAKING A LAW but REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY EXPLANATION .THROWING HIS HANDS UP , using intimidation of the police for a glitch. Our extended family of 6 had our flight delayed 5 hours, then until the following day, so we were eager to get off our feet and settled somewhere near the airport until the next morning. We were incredibly fortunate to walk through the doors here and meet Joy, who quickly found us three rooms on a moment’s notice. She went out of her way to make our experience by the best part of a tiring, stressful day, and even found us a larger suite where our two young kids could have their own room. There were plenty of dining options around, including within walking distance, which we took advantage of. There’s also a shuttle to the airport that will also make local trips to other restaurants/destinations. We didn’t end up needing it to get to dinner, but had already returned our rental car, so if we had it would have been a huge help. There was also a wine & cheese social hour happening in the lobby when we got back from an early dinner, which was a pleasant surprise. If I needed to stay close to the airport again in the future, either as a family or on business travel, this would be the place. Thanks again to Joy in particular, for completely turning a difficult travel day around!

The first room we were offered...disgusting, the bed was made...but the bathroom was not cleaned AT ALL. The woman at the front desk, which WAS NOT what is pictured on the website, was empathetic and said it was embarrassing that it hadnt been fully cleaned. The second room looked reasonable just by walking and glancing at everything, so we threw our luggage in and left. When we got back there was a used syring right beside our car, started unpacking... I was done. The sheets had burn holes in them, the bathroom was dirty, the soap was used and slipped back in the package, there is mold on the wall behind the door, the back side of the door has probably never been wiped off (ever), the mattress was like sleeping on the springs with a blanket over them, there were people standing outside all the time smoking questionable things (if you catch my drift), the walls were poorly repaired by what lloks like someone who has never repaired a hole in a wall before, I could go on. In my opinion the owners do not put the money they make back into their establishment, it's sickening. There are two areas in a hotel room to keep up with. It's time to hire people WITH experience in cleaning and maintenance instead of just someone who wants to work and has lied on their resume. I didn't even think to look up in the bathroom, had I seen there was mold, probably would have saved me a trip to the ER for a breathing treatment for my allergies.

No matter how many questions I had, she answered them with a beautiful smile. She is awesome. I just regret I did not get the opportunity to see her before leaving. The room was cleaned. The kitchen staff was great. My reserved ride to the airport was timely. To sum it up, I have no complaints and plan to stay there again!!

If you're here on business make sure you see Ari for any assistance while you're here Already made sure that we had a large room it smelled great the place was extremely clean and the bathrooms hot water was exceptional if you ever need to stay in North Charleston I would recommend here every time

The furniture was dirty and scuffed. The walls of the room and bathroom had scratches and green markings. The paint in the ceiling of the shower was peeling. The carpet did not feel cared for. Pros: Location - Right off I-26 Cons: Location - This is located adjacent to a seedy area. Be alert in the parking lot at night. Staff - The staff were either rude or apathetic. Not a single staff member smiled or issued a greeting. Advice to management: Invest in minor renovation. The staff morale is low.

First ,the fire alarm went off early am----there were no employees to direct or address the issue. Nonchalantly, someone said it was the toast burning. No fire alarm in the room, hardly any breakfast (bread and coffee). --Upon check-out, our concerns were voiced and the female ”employee” argued back and forth with the guests. We asked for the manager. An employee said the manager's name is ”KA” . The ”manager” arrived angry and uptight. He gave no resolution and licked out his tongue and hurled out insults (*****es). We left- and someone from the hotel property called and identified himself as ”Bob”. ”Bob”- offered no consolation that we wanted to accept.----he got angry and made sexually explicit comments over the phone------to be further pursued........... What entity is running this hotel brand that provides sub par services and insult its customers and seemingly gets away with it??? How is this allowed?????? What kind of cartel is this?????? The CHOICE hotel brand is not worth spending a dime on. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

It looked new, it was clean, had great architecture and amenities and of course....breakfast. But I told Sylvia at the front desk I'd give her a shout out!! So here is my shout out to Sylvia -she represented the Hilton brand the way I would expect. She was very nice, engaging, helpful, and just plain customer focused. I nominate Sylvia to be the face and smile of the Hilton brand!!!

The room was dirty: stains all over the furniture and floor, and mystery splatter on the walls. The TV was only viewable from one angle, otherwise the picture was colorless. The sleeper sofa was so sunken in it we slid to the center when sitting on it. The ac unit in the room had very clearly been replaced and was far too small for the room—the temperature never came down past 73 even being set to 65 the whole time. Won’t be staying again.

Changed room, and got smaller king suite only one tv. Did not have the same amenities as what I booked yet I was charged the same price, but it’s also advertised that way. This was also a handicap accessible room, but I certainly wouldn’t call that it is not a walk-in shower you have to climb in. I found the shower to be slippery. Room for two people which we were only two glasses in the room no plastic glasses in the bathroom just two glass glasses by the sink in the sitting area. The bathroom hand soap provided but no little dish or tray to put it and had to leave it on the counter. This is not what I expect from the Marriott property and I try to stay exclusively Marriott property.

We stayed in a suite - always ask for the opposite side of the interstate, as it is very loud on the ”even side”, especially if you have any sleep issues. Could it be updated some? Sure. We came back for a night in November on family business. Stayed in an odd-numbered room and it was decidedly quieter. They need better trashcans in the rooms. Seriously, the one they had in the main room is no bigger than a stand up desk file box. The hotel employee that I was disappointed in was Gwen at the front desk. Not friendly, not attentive, not in a hurry. After the first visit my husband had left something, and I thought I ha. Until we made reservations for the second visit, my husband did not realize that that's where he left his cane. He gave them a call, they went right to it, and it was waiting at the desk with his name on when we checked in. What I thought I lost was a necklace we had brought to town to take to the jeweler, but a family emergency prevented that (we lived in the area until last year so it was a trip ”home”). I asked Gwen to check on it. SEVERAL times I had to explain exactly what it was - a broken gold necklace with 4 small beads - how exact is that?) She shuffled around and acted like I was crazy to even ask about it. I explained the situation several more times - she wanted the reservation number I had been under because supposedly that was the only way anyone could look for it. I didn't have the number, but had the dates. She was surly about it. FINALLY she said she'd call upstairs to the lost and found and I could have a seat. It took about an hour for anyone from ”there” to come down, and I finally had to crowd the desk for her to call them. Hearing the way she was referencing my claim was like she was just humoring me, and I might be scamming her. How many people come looking for a broken piece of jewelry, and how hard is it to see if they have it? That could have been a misunderstanding of her motives by me, but based on how she was at check-in both visits and how I saw her similarly relate to other customers, I felt she was not into her job. I won't let that keep me from staying there again, though. The great experience I had with the event staff bought them some loyalty from me. I will say kudos for having gluten free cookies - wish they could be warm, but know that's impossible.

|도심까지 거리: 11.59kmI would say avoid this place at all costs. I arrived at the hotel, I would say between 10 and 11 PM and as I entered the lobby there was a stale musty skunk smell. I had booked a king non-smoking and when I got to the desk they switch me to 2 Queens. So the laundry was on the way so I stopped there first. I spent about 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes doing laundry. I then went over to the room and the moment I walked in the room I could tell it was dirty, really dirty! There was two queen beds against the wall barely enough room to walk to the bathroom. They had a futon in the middle of the room which was really hard to get around so I guess the room was supposed to sleep six people. It seem more like a spring break place. The room had two TVs and neither one of them worked. The towels were white but they look like they had been used in a mechanic shop because they were black stains in all of the towels. I also noticed there were several cups Of some kind of black liquid left on top of the refrigerator. I assume from the previous guests. I didn’t even stay in the room. When I went back up front to the desk it was pretty late after midnight and I could not find anybody. I then got in my vehicle and left. I booked this through the Wyndham‘s app and I notified them of my stay and how bad it was. I told them that I wanted to request a refund. Today I noticed I received an email I believe it was from someone from that specific hotel. They gave me the gibberish about oh you only had 30 minutes to decide if you wanted to stay or not and we can’t refund your money. That would’ve been nice but I didn’t get into the room until at least an hour and a half after I checked in. Then when I did go back up to the front desk there’s no one around. To be honest the clerk told me when I checked in that there had been people living there for 2 to 3 years so I’m believing that this might be a section 8 hotel but I really don’t know. What I do know is I’ve been driving a truck for 37 years and this is absolutely the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. For your own health and safety I would not recommend this place at all. You’d be better getting a couple of blankets and sleeping up under a bridge.

I told him about a bad hotel, stay in a different city, because of highway traffic noise and when we realized my room was near the road, he went out of the way to help me fix it. He even let me view the new room before we switched my room and brought the room keys to me. I never felt like a burden and he always had a smile. He was so positive and kind. The hotel and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

|도심까지 거리: 4.43km호텔은 그림처럼 아름답고 훌륭한 로비와 바와 친절한 직원이 있습니다. 수영장은 휴식을 취하기에 좋은 장소 였고 딸은 수영을 즐기기에 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 아울렛 상점은 길 건너편에 있으며 많은 빠른 음식 옵션이 있습니다. 찰스턴과 바보 같은 해변 지역으로 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 방은 좋았고 침대는 꽤 편안했고 내가 잤던 최고의 호텔 매트리스는 아니 었습니다. 욕실 만 부정적입니다. 방의 나머지 부분과 달리 환기가 좋지 않아 녹슬기 시작한이 불완전한 천장이있었습니다. 샤워기에 와이어 랙 선반도 있어서 대부분 녹슬어버린 곳이고 비누를 막고 싶은 곳이 아니었어요.

|도심까지 거리: 4.64kmReally nice modern hotel. Front desk staff were very personable and helpful (sorry didn't get their names). Hotel approx 10 minutes from downtown and not far from airport, shopping and restaurants. We didn't use the outdoor pool during our stay. It appeared small, but people seemed to be enjoying it. Comfortable room, bed and sofa to return to after spending the day exploring Charleston. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

|도심까지 거리: 11.23kmWe were only here 2 nights. The clerks are front desk were polite & efficient although not overly friendly. The rooms seem to have been recently refurbished & were clean enough. Many pieces of equipment were not functioning in the Exercise Room. The huge problem are the rooms facing the 6 lane interstate. The traffic noise is rather overwhelming & it makes sleep difficult even using white noise to cover it. I told friends that if we were any closer to the traffic, they would have had to pay us to direct it.
