Our family stayed at Mastiff Select Hotel, Bidar, for two days. While the property itself is clean and well-maintained, the overall experience was severely marred by the poor service and mismanagement. 1. The staff seemed utterly unprepared to handle even basic queries. Any question or request was met with confusion and significant delays in response. 2. Service at the restaurant and through in-room dining was painfully slow, making even simple tasks feel like a test of patience. 3. The most appalling part of our stay was this: the hotel allowed an open dining event for a group of 10 grown men on the terrace directly outside our second-floor room windows. A large speaker was set up, blaring deafening music for over four hours, well upto midnight, accompanied by drunken commotion. Despite requesting intervention from the reception desk, there was no resolution and was instead told that the hotel allows such things in that area. This lack of action from the management made our stay an absolute ordeal. It is shocking that a property with such potential could fail so miserably in delivering a peaceful and comfortable guest experience.
