Overall experience was good at the hotel. Rooms were clean and service was good. But i found very astonishing thing at the hotel that they clean your room without informing you even when you are outside of hotel. I had gone out of hotel in the morning and returned in the evening with room keys. Even though motive behind it was good, i found this as breach of privacy as hotel have access to your room without permission.

I must commend the owner, Mr. Verner Da Costa Frias, whose down-to-earth demeanor and genuine passion for ensuring his guests have an unforgettable experience truly set Santana Beach Resort apart. Despite his busy schedule, he was always accessible and went above and beyond to assist us. His recommendations for the best places to visit in Goa were invaluable, offering us a chance to explore the true essence of this vibrant destination. I did not order any food as i found lot of options outside. The hotel overall to me was found to be old property. Needs renovation and new amenities to done especially the washroom. If one doesn't want to invest much on stay and quite ok with basic amenities though decent enough then pls. Opt. But very centrally located.

바다 옆의 고요함은 처음입니다.. 숨겨진 작은 보석. 칸돌림 해변에서 5분. 호텔에는 내가 볼 수 있는 약 16개의 객실이 있습니다. 기본적이지만 실제로 냉장고, 샤워 시설, 에어컨, TV 등 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 영어 TV를 보고 싶다면 정말 채널이 없습니다.. 찾았습니다!! 하지만 당신은 TV를 보러 오지 않는 것 같아요! 수영장은 사랑스럽고 지금은 조용하므로 남편과 나는 대부분의 날에 우리 자신에게 그것을 가지고 있습니다. 선베드에는 쿠션이 없지만 일부를 얻는 과정에 있다고 들었습니다. 파라솔은 더 나은 날을 보았지만 여전히 목적을 달성합니다. 대체로 우리는 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다. 아 그리고 침대가 좀 딱딱해요.. 괜찮다고 생각하지만 남편이 허리가 아파서 다른 매트리스를 요청했습니다. 방에 주전자가 없습니다. 이것은 저에게 필수이지만 요청해야했고 담당 사랑스러운 여성이 곧 그것을 분류했습니다.

Location wise this place is good to stay but for the price they are charging they services are very poor. Bathrooms are so small. You need squeeze in. They have pool but timing are too bad, 9am to 7pm are timings, it doesn't make sense as people visit actual places in goa not their pool in those timings. Breakfast is good here but it starts at 8am, if you want to visit places in goa in the morning they you have to miss the breakfast. We requested for additional floor mats but no one really cared. We requested for late checkout but they charged for that also. Overall, if you are a foreign traveller and stays for more than a week, then it is ok for you. For indian who wants to stay less a than a week, avoid this place, not worth it.
