We had booked 3 rooms in the hotel for a 1 night stay with family. Overall stay was terrible & unpleasant. Special mention for front desk staff (hanna ayesha) who was extremely rude & impolite. We had a late checkin at 7. 00 pm on 5th nova next day from 11. 00 am to 12. 00 pm onward s we were receiving continuously calls in the room after every 5 mins from the front desk to vacate the rooms even though we had requested for a late check out. The late check out was denied even though there was no further booking for the day. Checkin time is 2. 00 pm. We had to eventually scramble to gather our belongings & checked out at 12. 00 pm. It seems the hotel management is least concerned about customer relations & their comfort. Very bad experience with the front desk & the hotel management in general. Would never recommend this hotel. The bathroom accessories had issues with leakage & one of the rooms had to be changed after check in. The bathrooms are not well maintained & the toilet flushes are not working properly. Breakfast is limited & food was mediocre.
