직원들은 매우 도움이되었고 친절했습니다! 호텔 방은 깨끗하고 현대적이었습니다. 교통, 공항 및 센터에 가깝습니다. 센터까지 20-30 분을 걸어 가거나 호텔 바로 옆에있는 지하철을 타십시오 (10-15 분). 나는 5 일 동안 지속 된 지하철 티켓을 샀고 약 10 유로를 지불했다. 중앙까지 택시 5-10 분을 타실 수 있습니다. 해변은 자동차로 약 25 분이며 25 ~ 35 유로의 비용이 소요되며, 하루의 시간 또는 어느 날에 달려 있습니다. 나는 매우 즐거운 숙박을했고이 호텔을 추천합니다!

Ho pernottato già diverse volte in questa struttura e purtroppo nell'ultima occasione sono rimasto completamente deluso. Piuttosto spiacevole l'esperienza alla reception, di solito sempre impeccabile, subito dopo aver fornito il mio documento di identità chiedo di poter pagare con carta, l'addetto prende la mia carta e nonostante riporti il mio nome e cognome mi chiede di fornirgli quella con cui avevo effettuato la prenotazione on line dicendomi che doveva verificare la mia identità, ora mi chiedo, hai in mano il mio documento, hai la mia carta con cui voglio saldare anticipatamente la stanza, sono cliente abituale con decine di pernottamenti per quale motivo devo mostrare la carta con cui ho prenotato? E se l'avessi lasciata in Italia? Veramente spiacevole essere trattato cosi come fossi persona non affidabile. Veniamo alla stanza, entro e la temperatura è insopportabile, caldo eccessivo ed un fastidioso cattivo odore, aziono l'impianto di condizionamento sopportando l'assurdo rumore che faceva. Dopo un po' decido di spegnerlo e di recarmi all'appuntamento di lavoro. Rientrando la sera di nuovo medesimo problema di rumore, essendo molto stanco dal viaggio decido semplicemente di spegnere il condizionamento senza allertare la reception perchè avrei sicuramente dovuto attendere il manutentore. Non è finita, la stanza era ricoperta di uno strato di polvere non degno di una struttura a 4 stelle, ma neanche di una pensione, gli arredi rovinati, macchiati, sbeccati con il rischio di ritrovarsi qualche scheggia di legno. Al check out faccio presente queste cose ma vengo liquidato con rapidità e sufficienza dalla receptionist. Veramente deludente, credo che dopo tanto tempo non scegliero più questa struttura.

호텔 잘못이 될 수 없습니다. 사랑스럽고 깨끗하고 잘 위치해 있습니다. 불행히도 우리는 내가 바로 옆에 서있는 동안 차 부츠에서 가방 중 하나를 도난 당했습니다. 호텔 바로 바깥에 주차하여 짐을 싣고 있습니다. 나는 이미 차에 2 명의 어린이를 앉혔고 호텔과 오른쪽 뒷좌석 사이에 서있었습니다. 호텔 정문 바로 바깥에 여성이 바닥에있는 담배에 대해 물었습니다. 그녀를 해고했지만 그녀는 계속 나에게 전화를 걸어 말했습니다. 나는 그녀를 향해 머리를 돌렸을 때 누군가가 차에서 대를 었을 것이라고 생각합니다. 후견을 통해 나는 그녀가 사기의 일환으로 담배 한 팩을 바닥에 넣었다고 생각합니다. 호텔의 잘못은 아니지만 다른 사람들에게 경고하는 것입니다. 바르셀로나는 도난으로 유명했지만이 부분에서 더 조용 할 것으로 기대하지 않았습니다.

공항에서 46번 버스를 타고 버스 정류장에서 호텔까지 도보로 약 5분 거리입니다. 호텔은 비즈니스 호텔에 가깝고 깨끗합니다. 대형 슈퍼마켓과 레스토랑이 있는 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 직원들은 도움이 되고 친절합니다. 시내와 가깝지는 않지만 공항에 가야 한다면 여전히 좋은 선택입니다.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower. I was there for a few days to see Beyoncé. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean. Great amenities. The view from the Skyfall was amazing. The location is closer to the airport and just outside of the inner city but it’s near bus and train transit so there weren’t any issues getting around.

I loved this hotel so much. The rooms were so peaceful and pretty. I really loved that they were very different than any other hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The beautiful cut out lamps which created a beautiful light throughout the room and the gobo type lights in the bathroom and hallway that did the same. The flower shaped windows were very original. I stayed for 6 days and it was a very comfortable space. Nice shower and bath products. Beds were a little hard but linens and sheets were nice. Front desk staff was very friendly. I’d suggest better takeaway items at the lobby coffee bar for breakfast and suggest it opens earlier. I would have also loved if the restaurant opened slightly earlier for dinner. If in the area again of the convention center, will definitely stay again. Gracias!!
