I stay at this property frequently and I have to say they hold it together as best as they can compared to other properties. We are going through difficult times with shortages and it’s hard for the hospitality industry. Staff is nice and rooms are clean

LlindamH9292SP...을 유지하기에 좋은 장소는 하룻밤 동안 거기에 있었고 내가 얼마나 잘 대우 받았는지 놀랐습니다 .. 나는 전날 밤 산 안토니오의 4 성급에 머물렀고 Staybridge에 있었던 것처럼 환영받지 못했습니다 !!! 방에 가기 전에 커피와 스낵이 제공되었습니다 ... btw 방은 매우 편안했습니다 .. 아침 뷔페에는 다양한 뜨거운 및 차가운 선택이있었습니다. ... 누군가 특정 음식을 요청하면 ... 10 분 이내에 모두 사용할 수 있습니다. ...이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다. 나는 노인 독신 여성이며 매우 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. ... 그래서 그것은 나에게 큰 플러스입니다. ... 안전한 느낌 ...

Ddanielgkendall여기서 1박 했습니다. 매니저가 자쿠지가 있는 스위트 룸으로 무료 업그레이드를 해주었습니다! 방도 컸습니다. 방 바로 앞에 주차할 수 있었습니다. 매니저가 우리를 망칠 거라고 하셨는데, 오후 2시에 무료로 체크아웃 시켜주셨습니다. 아침 식사는 정말 좋지만 녹차는 좋을 것입니다.이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다.

리리뷰어You MUST read this before you choose to stay. Down below, you will find the owner REAL response to me. The lady (young Indian woman) at the front desk was extremely rude to me from the moment I checked in. She snatched my ID from my hand, shoved my receipt at me, and was generally cold and rude. We paid $105, or something close to that, for out stay. We were promised basic amenities that we did not receive. Upon arriving, we found the door handle was physically broken. It took us several minutes of messing with the handle before we got access. When we entered, I realized we had a smoking room. I have a sensitivity to smoke, so I called the office and asked for another room. The rude lady just told me there were no other rooms available. I checked online and it showed there were still other rooms available. I checked my reservation and it did say smoking so I must have messed up. It was my fault. So I accepted the room. I spent my time and slept in the room with a face mask. About 20 minutes in we discovered that the refrigerator didn’t work. We checked power at the wall, the knobs, all was good. Refrigerator was just not working. I called the office, the lady said that maintenance was not available and that, once again, there was no other rooms to move to. No solution offered. I called again to report that the floors were sticky. We were told that it was normal because of the humidity. We then called back to the office to let them know the towels in the restroom were damp and that the AC was turning off (all lights would turn off for 2 or 3 seconds) before turning back on. It was as if it was shorting out. This was happening every half hour or so. She informed me that someone would bring me towels and that maintenance is not there. She again offered me no solutions. We ended up sleeping in about 80-85 degree temperatures. We waited an hour, no towels. Luckily my wife had a beach towel and we chose to just share it. Upon turning on the shower, the handle tell off, exposing either mold behind the knob. We informed the front office every time we found a new issue, and every time we were given no solutions. To recap Broken door handle Broken refrigerator Sticky floors Wet towels Tv didn’t work Shower handle broke AC not working The next morning I asked for a manager and was told she just left. It was 10am, I asked for some sort of compensation for my issues. I was told they don’t offer refunds or compensation. Absolute worst stay I’ve ever had. Edit: owners REAL RESPONSE. When I submitted my review, I also reviewed the hotel on Priceline and emailed their corporate. The owner wanted me to call him to “work it out” when I spoke with Mr. Patel the 1st time, he hasn’t found out about the Priceline review or the email to corporate yet. He systematically went through each of my concerns and said I must be lying. He also informed me that the other people working there that was rude was his family. Although this hotel has been remodeled and updated, they are understaffed and in need of continued upgrades. I noticed they do not have automatic door nor handicapped access to the front or side doors. They do have one working elevator. We stayed for a few nights and the same 2 cars were parked on the fire zone, which is a safety hazard. In the rooms, The floor although, laminate was dirty and could not be walked on barefoot. There is no coffee maker in the room. There is no security guard and there appeared to be some homeless People hanging around the hotel at all times. We took our own comforters and I’m glad we did because the bed cover was dirty. It is reasonably priced. As they say, you get what you pay for.

This is the worst stay i have ever had... Driving up to the entrance, the trash can was overflowing with trash, there were cigarette butts all over the ground. The planters were filled with fake plants that looked like they were dead. Elevator was extremely slow for a 3 story hotel... usually had to wait approximately 5 minutes each time. Aside from Lobby there was not AC in the common areas. I went to my room and immediately went to use the rest room and NO toilet paper or even a toilet paper spindle. Went back to lobby, but there is no public restroom to use. So, asked for Toilet Paper and went back to my room. As i entered further into the rooms, i see a small roach on the floor (i'm ok with that.. he was dead) along with other debris. Obviously not swept well. In looking at the bed the cover had stains on it, so was quite concerned that it was truly ”Clean”. When i went to shower, there was no wash cloth, hand towel, shampoo, facial tissue. Wound up using the dish cloth and kitchen towel for my bath/face. As i packed my things to leave i put my make up case in my bag. I then remembered i forgot my earrings and went to get some out of my case when i noticed something move in my case. Turns out it was a little roach!! I immediately pulled it out of my bag and dumped everything on the counter! I guess i am glad i found it there... so it didn't come home with me! Also, when leaving the next morning, while i was walking to the elevator, i saw another roach on the wall. The staff, although very cordial... didn't seem to concerned about my no paper issue (no apology). At check out i mentioned i was unhappy with my stay and they the desk clerk didn't acknowledge my statement, until i asked if there was a manager available, which of course was not. I was quite disappointed, basically because i used to work for Studio 6 many, many years ago and was always proud they had a great product.
