안다를레스 라 베야(Andarles la Vella) 중심부에서 단 5분 거리에 있는 매우 중심부에 위치한 호텔입니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋았습니다. 아침에는 주요 거리에 있기 때문에 교통 소음을들을 수 있습니다. 많이 아쉬운 점은 스파, 소형, 단 2가지 유형의 사우나와 자쿠지입니다. 공유해야 한다면 매우 불편합니다. 나머지는 괜찮습니다.

서비스도 완벽했고 예약에 문제가 있었는데 원장님께서 온갖 신경을 써주셔서 해결해주셨고 주차공간도 무료로 주시고 스파도 무료로 해주셔서 조식도 잘 먹었어요. MrAitor 측에서는 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 매우 완벽했습니다.

Peaceful location within an easy reach from shops and restaurants. Very clean and good beds. Was pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast and the cute view from the breakfast room’s windows.

We stay just one night. For Andora, was okay. The best thing was the rooms, big size. The restaurant was okay, breakfast was okay. The worker try to do the job. The pool , the parking was located outside from the hotel. Was not a room service. The rooms with clean, and spa was good. In a general , was good for four stars hotel.

This hotel was perfect for me and my family. Cater well for Coeliacs, everything is labelled on menus. We paid extra for parking and this was only a short walk from the hotel in a secure location. The centre of town is only 5 mins walk to great shops/bars. We stayed half board, excellent value for money. The staff work super hard, it was full when we stayed & at times there needed to be more staff on duty to take the pressure off those working as it resulted in food being cold a couple of times, despite the waiting staff working so hard to accommodate all the guests. The evening menu was good and catered for all tastes. Breakfast was plentiful offering cooked and cold options, you can even have Cava if you fancy a tipple first thing! Being Coeliac they understood fully and they were exceptional at catering for me. The bar serves Daura GF ale and it’s excellent value. It was an easy drive to Encamp for the cable car up to the Grandvalira ski range, lots of parking. Soldeu was also easy to reach by car with easy parking and direct access to a cable car from Club Hermitage. We booked time in the spa on arrival, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna, very relaxing and a great way to ease aching muscles after a hard days skiing!

Excellent value for money, Fantastic staff, Wonderful Breakfast, Superb location ' Great rooms and free Spa 100meters from the main shopping mall. Staff have excellent language skills as i only speak English no question was to hard.

We spent one night in Andorra during a trip mainly to see Barcelona. I chose this hotel because it was a good price, has a spa area and offered parking. The half-board option was also convenient so we wouldn't have to spend extra time deciding on a restaurant for dinner. It worked out really well! Check-in was a breeze and we learned upon check-in that our reservation included time in the hot tub in the spa area. We were expecting to have to pay extra for that, so it was a welcome surprise. Our room was spacious enough for one night and included all the amenities we needed (shampoo, soap, etc). The room faced a rushing stream which was perfect white noise during our sleep. We normally use a white noise app on our phone, but it was not needed this time. The bed and pillows were perfectly comfortable. The spa area was nice and we enjoying hanging out in the hot tub after walking around the town for a bit. Our reservation included half board. Dinner was from a fixed menu, but there were some good options to choose from and our meal was tasty. The server was not super friendly, but efficient. Breakfast had good options and variety and we were fueled up perfectly for our drive back to Barcelona for the rest of our trip. Parking is available for an extra fee in a lot down the street from the hotel.

Desde hace ya algunos años que solo me alojo en este Hotel sin duda alguna. Lo tiene todo , zona tranquila, habitaciones cómodas y amplias, desayuno excelente, parking privado cerca del hotel , parada de bus al lado para moverte si quieres con comodidad sin coger el coche , piscina termal al aire libre en verano y una atención muy agradable y profesional de todo el personal. Muy recomendable

Habitación muy pequeña no se podía pasar por al lado de la butaca, cama de matrimonio pequeña también. Cuarto de baño anticuado. Servicio de recepción bastante malo. Se oferta como con piscina que en realidad es como una piscina municipal que había hasta esplais de niños. Y el spa ya me dijeron que solamente es un jacuzzi y dos saunas que no esperarán nada más. Decepción total

Reservo una habitación estándar y lamentamos que al momento de reservar no se cerciore de que está reservado exactamente y de esta manera, no sea una sorpresa para usted al momento de hacer el check-in. La categoría que le recomendamos son las matrimoniales deluxe en donde encontrara el diseño y amplitud que espera. Por otor lado, le informamos por si puede ser de su interés, que iniciaremos una reforma integral de estas habitaciones para crear unas master suites con jacuzzi. En relación al spa, en el circuito de 45min dispone de un jacuzzi, sauna y hamman pero adicional por si puede ser de su interés, disponemos de cabinas para hacer tratamientos o masajes y un jacuzzi privado con cava y chocolate adicional por si fuese de su interés. Efectivamente informamos por todas la vías que están a nuestro alcance, que nuestra piscina termal exterior está a 200 metros del hotel y que está abierta al público en general pero si no esta alojada en nuestros hoteles, deben pagar entrada para acceder a las instalaciones. Un hotel muy recomendable para viaje a la nieve. La comida del restaurante, exquisita. El desayuno abundante y variado. Tiene un pequeño SPA con jacuzzi, sauna, baño turco (necesario reservar, capacidad más 4 personas) Las habitaciones familiares tipo suite, muy amplias (tipo duplex) Camas muy cómodas Personal super amable A un paso del centro caminando Se sale muy fácil hacia las estaciones de esquí. (20 m aprox a Tarter) El único pero, el parking a 150 m, pero es un pero pequeñito.

Buena ubicación, a dos minutos andando de la calle principal de les Escaldes. Las habitaciones son un pelin justas y creo que les falta un poco de insonorización, ya que no había demasiado trafico pero los coches se oían bastante (en cambio en la zona del comedor no se oía nada de nada del exterior). Si reservas por su página web la estancia te dan acceso de 45min al SPA (creo que si reservas por booking no). Este SPA es pequeño pero suficiente para lo que queríamos, un momento de relax. Hay una sauna seca, una húmeda y un yacuzzi. Puedes reservar masajes que no son caros. Nosotros estuvimos solos en el SPA. El desayuno bufet es muy completo, hay de todo, dulce, salado, platos calientes, furtas, melmeladas, bollería, pan.. El personal es atento y amable. Tienen posiblidad de dos parquing, uno externo más cerca del hotel a 15€ día, y uno un poco más lejos (cerca de la zona peatonal) a 18€ al día. Vale la pena. Para descargar las maletas se puede dejar el coche justo delante del hotel. El baño muy completo y grande, con productos. Si se va al SPA sólo se debe llevar bañador, ya que hay albornoces y zapatillas en la habitación que se pueden usar.
