호텔 주차장이 매우 협소하여(길가에 7~8대, 좌표 39.363078, -9.156986) 주차가 어렵습니다. 출발 전 호텔로 연락하여 시내로 가는 경로를 확인하시기 바랍니다. 2019년 4월 숙박의 경우 Porta do Vale ou Senhora da Graça 게이트만 도시로 들어갈 수 있습니다. 그런 다음 우회전하여 R. do Cel을 따르세요. Our family of 5 adults stayed at Hotel Senshoras Rainhas for two nights over Christmas 2023. We had two rooms in the basement level. One of the double rooms was comfortable enough with an outdoor patio overlooking the wall. The other room was not. Same size as double with an extra bed for a triple. A bit crowded to move around the room. The doors leading to the outside patios were double french style with the tilting top. In the triple room, the additional single bed somewhat blocked full access to the doors. By moving the bed over, one of the doors was able to be opened slightly. The first night, we were not able to correctly close the door to lock. It appeared to have a problem with the top tilting hinge. We slept with the door unlocked. Reported the problem to the front desk. We were assured the problem would be addressed. The second night the door was closed and locked properly, however after we opened the door we incurred the same problem as the night before. Again slept with the door unlocked. Unfortunately, both days, in the triple room, the toilet tissue was not enough. On the second day, the front desk was asked to have housekeeping added more toilet tissue in the room. The request was accommodated, but not in enough supply. The second night we ran out of toilet tissue again. The toilet tissue rolls were very small. Parking was a problem with our luggage not near the hotel. Somewhat narrow cobblestone streets with inclines and depending which parking lot was used, a number of steps were involved to reach the hotel. The hotel offered no assistance with the luggage or reasonable alternative to unload luggage. Since it was the holidays (Christmas Eve & Christmas Day) we made arrangements to have dinner at the hotel. What a waste of money. The first night the soup was at best room temperature. The lamb was dry with no sauce. The alternative fish was not much better. It was a fix menu. The next night the menu was the exact fix price menu from the night before. This time the soup was warm, the dry lamb was soaking in sauce and the fish was still dry. It looked like we were served leftovers from the night before. Do not recommend eating in the hotel restaurant. Very disappointing and not worth the cost. The hotel is a poor example of a 4 star hotel. It is within the walls of Obidos. Good location, but the hardship to unload luggage is not worth the effort. The rooms are small and attention to details is lacking. Simply not worth the cost or the effort to stay at this hotel. The restaurant was very disappointing and not worth the cost. There was no live music as noted on their website. We were offered a limited fix price menu as the only option. The second night we were served what appeared to be leftovers from the night before. Save yourself $$$ and stay somewhere else.

I’ve never had so many mixed feelings about a hotel! I love reading so when I saw this hotel is all about books, it seemed the perfect hotel for me. The staff is just lovely, and we had dinner in the restaurant which was the best meal I’ve had during our trip (order the filet mignon and thank me later). The halls are shabby with old stained carpet but you only walk past that. The room however….. I loved the books and the vibe they tried to create, but the bed was cheap and the sheets were stained. The bathroom was sooo old, it needs to be remodeled right away. I’ve seen pictures online and think some rooms are renovated a bit and some aren’t and we just weren’t lucky. We only spent one night there so I just stayed up very late so I didn’t have to sleep in the bed too much and skipped the shower. The hotel has a lot of potential, the restaurant is fantastic and the staff is great, they should renovate the rooms so you don’t pay a 4-star price for a 2-star bedroom. Again I want to make it very clear the staff is excellent and the food amazing!

A delectable and unexpected treat in a small village like Obidos, Portugal. An hotel with a medieval theme in a house that was over 400 years old. From charming reception to a good room with nice bed, cozy living room and comfortable pool area; add a good breakfast and the free parking in a closed garage and you have all the makings of a place you would love to go back to.

Paguei mais um pouco por um upgrade, mas em nada compensou esse gasto. O quarto que nos foi atribuído, embora aparentemente razoável, tinha bastante pó nas mesas de cabeceira, não tinha tomadas elétricas suficientes, ou seja, tivemos que desligar candeeiros para poder carregar os telemóveis e uma das toalhas de banho estava rasgada. De referir que, normalmente num hotel de 4 estrelas, também oferecem um roupão e chinelos durante a estadia e não foi o caso. Para além disso, ficámos num quarto que ficava num piso equivalente a um 3° andar e não havia elevadores naquela ala do hotel. Fora as questões com o quarto e o acesso ao mesmo, tivemos de marcar uma hora para usufruir da piscina interior. Qual não foi o nosso espanto, quando chegou a nossa hora de usufruir estavam mais 6 pessoas lá! (A piscina interior não é grande, por isso, o facto de haver 8 pessoas a usufruir ao mesmo tempo, fez com que ninguém conseguisse nadar nem estar completamente à vontade). Juntando a isto, a mobília da esplanada junto à piscina exterior, estava suja, com teias de aranha e não tinha sequer uma almofada para dar algum conforto. Finalmente, e a cereja no topo do bolo desta experiência, fizemos ums reserva na receção na altura do check-in, para jantar no restaurante do hotel às 20h30. Ora, quando lá chegámos, o empregado informou-nos que devido a uma falha de comunicação da receção, eles não tinham tido conhecimento da nossa reserva e, portanto, só haviam 2 pratos disponíveis e nem sequer tinham entradas. De positivo, apenas o staff que foi sempre simpático e disponível, mas com muito pouca autonomia para tentar melhorar a situação. Enfim, uma experiência muito àquem da expectativa e um hotel que não merece as 4 estrelas.

Pousada Vila Obidos에 머무르는 데에는 긍정적인 면과 부정적인 면이 있습니다. 그들의 공로로 이것은 특이한 장소인 Obidos에 위치한 매우 멋진 마이크로 호텔입니다. 사실상 성의 그늘에 있으며 이 마을의 옛 세계적 감각이 이곳을 매우 특별하게 만듭니다. 호텔 자체는 예쁘고 멋지게 꾸며져 있습니다. 아침 식사는 이 호텔의 하이라이트입니다. 이제 좋지 않은 점은... 호텔은 자동차로 접근할 수 없기 때문에 모든 짐을 꽤 가파른 조약돌 길을 따라 올라가야 하고 정문까지 몇 걸음 걸어야 한다는 점을 명심해야 합니다. 다른 예약/취소를 하기에는 너무 늦을 때까지 우리는 이 사실을 알지 못했습니다. 여행 중에 ”경고”가 포함된 이메일을 받았지만 너무 늦은 것 같았습니다. 우리는 폭풍우가 몰아칠 때 도착했기 때문에 자갈이 상당히 젖어 미끄럽습니다. 사용한 병이 남아있어 방이 완전히 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 또한 숙소에는 우리를 어디든 따라다니는 고양이(들)이 있습니다. 남편이 알레르기가 심한 편이에요. 숙소의 아침 식사 공간에 CAT가 있다는 것을 알았더라면 여기에서 예약하지 않았을 식당의 의자와 테이블 위로 뛰어오르는 것이 허용되었습니다. 미안해요, 실망하고 가려웠어요.

Given this hotel is ranked 4 out of 17 among Obidos hotels at the time of writing, I might have been forgiven for expecting a little more. What we got for our $130 was an astonishingly uncomfortable bed with tiny, squishy pillows, a shower with an improperly attached door (and a resulting wet mess all over the tiny bathroom’s floor), sewage smell from the same bathroom, an awkwardly located sink that requires even modestly-sized guests to maneuver rather intricately to perch on the adjacent porcelain throne so as not to impale themselves on its sharp corner, an air conditioning unit as old as the hotel itself and a huge wall containing a relatively tiny window behind a wooden door. Maybe it was just our luck and other double rooms are better, but something tells me this is all just part of the “charm”. The location just outside the city wall and free parking if you’re there early enough and the hotel isn’t totally full - there are only eight spots - are just about the only things earning this review an extra star.

Apartamentos fenomenais, ótimos para passar umas férias em família. È só descer a rua e temos a praia, ou em frente ao apartamento temos uma piscina. Pequeno almoço incluído, mesmo no edifício em frente, com muita oferta e variedade de produtos. Tudo fenomenal. Muito isolado, tendo de fazer vários quilómetros para fazer compras ou encontrar um restaurante. Rem serviço de assistente pessoa. Trocam mensagens para saber como está a ser a estadia a através de whatsapp, podemos pedir uma limpeza, reparação, etc.

...alla ricerca della Pousada CASA LIDADOR di Obidos! così sono sorte le nostre difficoltà e problematiche. Arriviamo tardo pomeriggio dopo aver contattato avvisando l'orario a cui saremmo giunti a destinazione. Tutto ok. Parcheggiato come previsto fuori le mura, ritelefono al numero riportato sulla nostra prenotazione. Risposta: recatevi presso reception per registrarvi e avere le chiavi per accedere alla nostra camera. La reception si trovava presso altra struttura sempre dentro le mura. Vado io alla reception dove con estrema difficoltà ci siamo intese. Registra me e mio marito, chiedo quindi se qualcuno mi può accompagnare alla Pousada dove abbiamo la nostra camera. Era oramai buio e la mappa era molto confusa. La mia domanda non ha entusiasmato ma viene richiesto ad un dipendente dell'hotel di guidarmi. Percorriamo la via principale e arrivati all'angolo di un vicoletto mi dice di salire che avrei trovato la struttura. Lui torna presso l'altro hotel. Salgo la scalinata ma al buio, nessuna insegna illuminata o luce mi aiutava a trovare la struttura. Dopo diversi tentativi, dopo aver chiesto informazioni ai locali vicini ritorno alla reception molto amareggiata. Ritorna con me lo stesso ragazzo che questa volta mi conduce davanti all'ingresso e mi fornisce le indicazioni per accedere. Questo comportamento mi è sembrato veramente maleducato da parte di tutti: reception, accompagnatore. Potevano essere più gentili e soprattutto potevano condurmi subito sino all'ingresso della Pousada. La camera piccolina rispetto alle foto presenti sul sito era comunque pulita e graziosa così come il bagno. Al piano terra una saletta per fare la colazione con tazze, tea, zucchero a disposizione. Mi auguro che questa esperienza non capiti ad altri ospiti perchè durante il giorno tutto è più facile mentre al buio questo diventa veramente complicato. Mi sembra quasi inutile rimarcare che accompagnare degli ospiti è educazione e cortesia. In altri luoghi-strutture dove ci siamo recati durante la nostra vacanza il personale era stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile.
