방 냄새가 정말 나쁘고 더러워요. 외국인에게 도움을 요청했을 때 매니저의 태도가 매우 나빴습니다. 호텔이라기보다 냄새나는 홈스테이 같은 느낌을 받으세요. 좋은 건 저녁뿐이에요!

좋았던 점 · 접수 쪽이 친절 · 나카이 씨가 외국인으로 열심히 전해 왔다 · 방이 넓다 · 거리에 면하고 있지 않기 때문에 밖이 조용하다 나쁜 점 ・난방이 전혀 효과가 없다 ・이른 아침의 아래층의 소리가 신경이 쓰인 되어 있었다 ・온천*에 머리카락이 들어가 있었다 ・TV가 놓여 있던 장소는 별로 닦아 청소가 되어 있지 않은 느낌이었습니다

Location: very near to the rest of the onsen. Service: I booked this hotel as it was marketed as “kids friendly” onsen hotel on various websites, and kids yukata are available etc. I was told by the staff that kids yukata needs to pay a separate fee of JPY300 per set. Meals are strictly 1 hour only. They will collect the food once the time is up, regardless if you are done or not. I’ve got 2 toddlers and I struggle to meet the 1 hour timeline of feeding them plus myself. Unfortunately my food was cleared before I can finish them. Rooms: Rooms are ok, nothing worth mentioning. Onsen is small.
