자벤템 비즈니스 호텔

1박 숙박에서 16일 북극권과 자정 태양 휴가의 땅에서 레거 휴가와 함께 운전사 Paul & Paul과 함께 럭셔리 코치를 여행하면서 이것은 내가 2022년 10월에 이 호텔에 머물렀던 마지막 밤이었습니다. 이전 Leger와의 휴가, 멋진 호텔, 넓은 객실, 편안한 침대, TV, 헤어드라이어, 객실에 차/커피 메이커가 있으며 욕실에는 욕조와 별도의 샤워 시설이 있으며 훌륭한 하우스 키핑, 숙박에 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 우리는 레스토랑에서 멋진 저녁 식사를 먹었고 아침 식사는 선택의 폭이 넓은 뷔페 스타일이었고 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 유리 리프트는 훌륭하고 리셉션의 좌석 공간은 현대적이며 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

Although the hotel has potentials to be a very good one, the fact that there is service only for very few hrs per day and without any actual support, makes it terrible! We arrived at ~9.30 and we had to do a self check-in, which was easy and the issue with non-working card solved relatively easy. When we entered the room and opened the sofa bed, we realized 1) there is no space left to move around the beds and 2) there were no sheets, pillow cases and blankets for the sofa bed. As there was no reception service or anyone else at the property, we call the ”emergency” line to ask for a solution. After 1,5hrs and 10-12 phones calls they informed us that they could reach neither the property responsible nor the manager. Needless to say that in the meantime they never called us back for feedback and I had to call them back ALWAYS. It was already 11.00 with two young kids, after 8hrs driving! Only when I said that I am going to the police station for a report, someone called back and told us that there was a cupboard with some extra stuff that we could get on our own... They also provide an open parking space, on almost muddy soil, accessible by anyone (on foot), that they charge €12,5/day. Did I also mention that from time to time, the bathroom was stinκing?

멋진 객실과 조용한 지역이있는 호텔, 체크인 시간 (코로나 바이러스 시간)에는 리셉션에 아무도 없으므로 메인 도어를 열기 위해 번호를 불러야했습니다. 접수 원이없는 경우 체크인 방법에 대해 이메일로 알려 주시면 좋을 것입니다. 와이파이는 첫날 느렸고 다음날 방을 바꿔달라고 했는데 (조금 더 나았음) 전체적으로 정말 빠른 연결이 아니었음. 아침 식사를 요청했지만 배달을받지 못했습니다. 전화를 한 후 코로나 바이러스로 인해 아침 식사가 제공되지 않는다고 들었습니다. 요청을 떠나는 것보다 아침 식사 주문을받을 때 조언을받는 것이 좋습니다. 리셉션. 그 모든 문제 이후에 나는 그 문제에 대해 사과하기 위해 리셉션에 편지를 보냈지 만 그 영역에 대해 전에 알려 져야했습니다. 코로나바이러스 문제로 현재 여행을 하기는 정말 힘들지만, 손님의 요구는 호텔 통신이 명확하고 단순하여 원활한 숙박을 하게 해주는 것입니다. 나는 현재 벨기에의 다른 장소 (COVID 시간)로 여행해야하며 대부분의 호텔은 명확한 정보를 제공하며 지금까지는 문제가 없었습니다. 다른 호텔이 새로운 시스템에 적응하면 다른 사람들이 왜 ??? ....

One might easily be put off from this hotel by looking at the entrance on a busy road - don't be. The staff and food are terrific. Alright the rooms are basic but have everything one needs. We arrived in Brussels airport from London and took a cab to Taormina. The outside looked a bit run down but we pressed on and glad we did. The receptionist, Brian, gave us a welcome and showed us to our room which was adequate and clean with a good sized bathroom. After refreshing ourselves we went to the bar for a beer and a meal. We were asked if we wanted to go through to the rear. We walked through two well set out dining rooms, with tables all smartly laid, to a large patio area at the back of the building with many tables, suitable shading (it was a hot evening) and sat down to one of the best hotel meals I have ever enjoyed, and I have travelled the world for over 60 years. We both ordered stuffed veal in breadcrumbs, deep fried and with a mushroom sauce. There was far more than we would normally eat but we both cleared our plates. The place is obviously popular as there were a lot of diners tucking in, even so, service was prompt and done with a smile and the kind of diner/waiter rapport that only happens with experienced workers in the hospitality business. Later in our trip we had already prebooked a night at Motel One in central Brussels, what a contrast. The owners of Taormina have forgotten more about how to run a hotel that=n the owners of Motel One ever knew.
