Was there for a night. Very basic hotel. The breakfast have to book in advance. We took the dim sum. Came with a small bottle of orange juice. It food was cold. No hair dryer provided. Overall the morning shift staff was very good and friendly. Speak good English too. They have car park available.

이틀 밤 여기에 머물렀다. 위치는 매우 중심적이며 Trang 공항에서 15 분, 쇼핑 센터에서 단 5 분 거리입니다. 리셉션은 친절했습니다. 우리는 Khao Pub Pha를 향한 더 높은 방을 가지고 있었는데, 이 일출과 함께 일어나서 당신의 삶을 훌륭하게 만듭니다. 방은 도시 호텔에 비해 꽤 넓고 잘 꾸며져 있습니다. 침대는 크고 편안했습니다. 욕실도 좋은 세면도구가 구비되어 있습니다. 아침 식사는 품질과 다양성 모두에서 훌륭했습니다. Khao Yum, Kha Nom Jeen Puk Tai와 같은 정통 Trang뿐만 아니라 빵, 패스트리, 과일, 특히 튀긴 바나나가 마음에 듭니다. 추천.

I would say it’s a ok ok place if you are looking just for a 1 day stay then It’s fine I wouldn’t recommend going his place for more days as the bed was good but the bedsheets was clean too still had big stains on it Also the washroom of this room when u turn on the lights it make a loud noise non stop till u don’t turn it off it’s very annoying and we could hear a lot of noise from the next doors most of the time as the walls are thin and you don’t feel much privacy The Lady at the reception is very helpful and polite she also let us check out 1 hour late for free as he had our bus after few hours of the check out that’s a good thing, they have a lot of parking area for bikes and cars for the guest and a big lobby near the reception to sit n chill Overall I would give 3.5/5

Re booked this places as it was a very comfortable stay We loved the stay The Reception staff are very polite and helpful And there are many good night market and malls to go around other then the adventure trips in Trang city

My favorite hotel in Trang. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Speaks very good English. Lobby and Rooms were perfectly clean. Beautiful lobby to relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. Bed was very comfortable. Shower Water was VERY clean. Best of the 8 hotels I stayed at in Trang. Perfect for wash hair and shower. Excellent location... close to the best coffee shops and restaurants. Only 5-minute drive to Robinsons mall. We will always stay here during our monthly trips to Trang.

슈퍼 마켓 근처의 멋진 호텔, 좋은 서비스. 우리는 침대를 좋아합니다. 객실은 도시 근처에서 매우 깨끗합니다. 비싸지 않습니다. 우리는 여기를 몰랐습니다.하지만 우리는 정보를 위해지도가 있었기 때문에 여기에서 시작했습니다. 직원들은 매우 시끄러운 소리를 내며 손님이 프론트 데스크를 지나갈 때 신경 쓰지 않습니다.

내가 머물렀던 최고의 부티크 스타일 리조트 중 하나입니다. 우리가 도착하는 순간부터 프론트 오피스 직원과 서비스는 훌륭했고 우리는 가족과 떨어져 있는 듯한 느낌을 받았습니다. 레스토랑의 음식은 훌륭했고 귀여운 수영장 옆의 칵테일은 완벽했습니다. 호텔 전체는 단순하면서도 기분 좋은 인테리어 디자인에 많은 재생 목재와 자재를 통합하여 매우 친환경적이고 지속 가능한 라이프스타일 분위기를 연출합니다. 짧은 2분 도보 거리에 내가 본 것 중 가장 아름다운 비스타가 내려다보이는 해변에 서 있는 모습이 보입니다. 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다. 나는 그것을 강력히 추천합니다.

ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในเมือง ที่จอดรถสะดวก ที่นอนดี บรรยากาศดู เป็นโรงแรมเก่าแก่ แต่มีการบำรุงรักษาต่อเนื่อง อาหารเช้าอยากให้ระบุไปเลยครับ ว่าเป็นแบบ Set เมนู เพราะผมเห็นรูปห้องอาหารเข้าใจว่าน่าจะเป็นไลน์บุฟเฟ่ต์ สระว่ายน้ำสะอาด มีการดูแลรักษาอย่างดี ห้องนอนกว้างมากครับ ไม่มีระเบียง เป็นกระจกบานเลื่อนเห็นวิวภูเขา180° เป็นโรงแรมที่มีความสูงพอจะเห็นวิวทิวทัศน์รอบๆเมืองเลยครับ เงียบสงบ ห้องนอนเก็บเสียงดีมากครับ แนะนำเลยครับ สำหรับคนชอบความเป็นส่วนตัว มาทีนี้ไม่ผิดหวังครับผม

While we had a nice stay at Sevenseas Resort, I have to say that I was a bit disappointed. This is in my view not in any way a 4 star resort - and not value for money when considering the price! I stayed 3 nights with 2 friends. The hotel is quite worn and could definitely need an update. The third bed in our the room was a mattress on the floor, and when we arrived there was no mosquito net covering this bed. This was however fixed on the second day after we alerted the reception. However, the interior of the room was simply not convenient in any way. It was mostly made up by a huge king size bed (very comfortable), but there was no place put any stuff or your suitcase. The outdoor bathroom was almost the same size as the room, and here was put the wardrobe, but really, in such a humid heat, we had no wish to put our clothing out in the humid bathroom. So really not a smart design of the rooms. We heard that the beachside villas are nicer and more updated. The area of the hotel is indeed nice, right on the beautiful beach, you have an option to rent snorkeling equipment or kayaks/SUPs, and with plenty of sunbeds to lounge on. The restaurant was so-so, food was ok, but nothing special I'm afraid, and we ended up having our meals in restaurants in other resorts on the island. Lastly, while the staff were all very friendly, smiling and accommodating, the service level was quite off, it's like there was missing some efficiency and management, as if each staff had his or her task, and they would never stray away from that. So for example, there could be dirty and empty dishes sitting on tables in the restaurant for extremely long, because the two waiters who were just standing looking at their phones clearly were not tasked with cleaning up tables, and the guy who did that was not there... And in the morning, there was one filter coffee machine, extremely slow, for all those guests... So overall, while a nice hotel and beautiful surroundings, I was disappointed and would not call this a 4 star hotel.

Very outdated resort and needs a complete upgrade. The location makes up for all their problems as it is right on a long stretch of beach and the bungalow we booked was very spacious with views over the ocean. Air-conditioner worked but sounded like a tractor, the shower head is ancient and hardly works, the wheels fell off the bed when we moved it slightly. The sewerage outlet pipe runs straight into the property which is very unhygienic.too many issues to mention. Breakfast was not worth eating either so before you book if it's only for price then that may be fine but if you are looking for a clean updated place this is not for you. On the plus side the ”customer relations” person and other staff are very kind and helpful.

We stayed at Pawapi Resort for 2 nights only after unfortunately making a bit of a mistake with the original accommodation we booked - which wasn't great at all! We had a sea view villa, our villa was one of the last ones in the row at the back but it was still really nice. The villa itself is HUGE. Don't expect it to be super modern, they are slightly dated inside but this is still a relatively underdeveloped island compared to others in Thailand, so considering this we were really impressed. It was extremely clean, comfortable and everything worked perfectly - the aircon was amazing (it was almost too cold at times!) and the shower was great. The infinity pool is stunning, really well maintained, quiet with there always being sun loungers and parasols available. The view over the beach is a real highlight. The beach it's on it beautiful, the sun rises are stunning. It's really quiet yet only a 5 min walk to the beach restaurants and bars so really conveniently located. It is on the expensive side in comparison to other accommodation you can get on the island, but my advice would be to be pay that little bit more if you want something on the nicer side.

This is a small but very nice place with new bungalows. Not spacious, but clean and neat. Aircon is good and a nice breakfast is served on the porch each morning. The place is situated a bit away from the center of the village, but just 5-10 minutes walk away. There are nice restaurants close by. It is not right at the beach, but the beach near the Sivalai Resort is only a 10 minutes walk away. You can also easily take a tuk tuk or rent a scooter to get to Charlie Beach at the other side of the island. The host was easy to communicate with (via Messenger) and helpfully provided free transport from the pier to the site.

5박 묵을 예정이었는데 첫날밤은 못가서 리조트에서 조금 묵었는데 예약한 방보다 품질이 낮은 방이 있었는데 돈을 많이 돌려받았습니다. 집은 잘 관리 된 큰 정원에 위치하고 괜찮 았습니다. 정원에서 마사지도 받을 수 있고 맛있고 아주 좋았습니다! 조식은 제공되지 않았지만 커피가 제공되어 쿠키를 샀습니다. 점심과 저녁을 먹으러 숲의 4분의 1을 걸어야 하고, 훌륭하고 저렴한 레스토랑인 피셔맨스 키친에 나왔고, 저녁에 우리는 비무슬림을 위한 일종의 바에 갔습니다. 방갈로에 시원한 맥주를 마실 수도 있습니다. 리조트는 외딴 곳에 있으며 리조트에서 브로름스튜브를 빌려 섬을 넘으면 모든 자유를 누릴 수 있습니다. 섬 전체를 방문하기 위해 개인 투어를 예약하거나 듀공 투어를 위해 보트를 예약할 수도 있습니다. 백랜드를 가로질러 걷는 것도 추천합니다. 사실 여기에서 3박에서 4박이 충분합니다. 직원은 매우 도움이 됩니다. 폭풍으로 인해 다음 섬으로 이동할 수 없었지만 본토에 대한 훌륭한 대안이 있었습니다. 다음 트랙에서 5개의 다른 교통 수단이 분간 연결되었습니다.

ผมมานอนห้อง deluxe sea breeze (ไม่ติดทะเล,ที่พักอยู่ด้านหลัง) 1 คืน ราคาประมาณ 3,600 บาท พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ผมมาเที่ยวกับแฟน และเพื่อนอีก 1 คน มาถึงที่พักตอนประมาณเวลา 18:30 ผมกับแฟนนอนที่เดอ ธารา พอเก็บของเสร็จ(เจ้าหน้าที่มาเปิดแอร์ไว้ให้ แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นแต่ยังไม่มีน้ำรั่ว) แล้วออกไปส่งเพื่อนที่พักอีกที่หนึ่ง ราคาประมาณ 800 บาท ไปถึงที่พักของเพื่อน เจ้าหน้าที่มาต้อนรับด้วย welcome drink และแจ้งว่ามีปัญหาเรื่องห้องน้ำมีน้ำรั่ว ให้รอแก้ไขสักครู่หนึ่ง เพื่อนเลยตัดสินใจฝากของไว้แล้วออกไปรับประทานอาหารกันระหว่างรอแก้ไข วันนั้นผมไปเที่ยวเกาะต่างๆ ดำน้ำทั้งวัน แล้วเข้าเกาะมุกมาเพื่อรับประทานอาหาร และรีบพักผ่อนเพราะเหนื่อยมาทั้งวัน พอผมรับประทานอาหารเสร็จ ผมกลับห้องมาตอนประมาณ 20:40 มีน้ำแอร์หยดเต็มพื้นห้อง และ แอร์ไม่เย็น โทรแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ตอน 20:44 ได้รับคำตอบว่าเดี๋ยวจะมาดู เวลาผ่านไป 30 นาที ยังไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่มาดูแอร์ให้ ผมเลยเดินไปแจ้งที่เคาร์เตอร์อีกครั้ง ถึงมีเจ้าหน้าที่เดินตามมาดูให้พร้อมผ้าเช็คเท้า 1 ผืน สรุปคือเจ้าหน้าที่กลุ่มแรกแก้ไขไม่ได้ มาเช็ดทำความสะอาดให้อย่างเดียว แล้วตามช่างอีกที ช่างซ่อมเสร็จเวลาประมาณ 22:00 , ระหว่างซ่อมผมก็นั่งๆนอนๆอยู่ในห้องพูดคุยสอบถามทั่วไป เจ้าหน้าที่พูดเหมือนว่าเรื่องแบบนี้เกิดขึ้นบ่อย เป็นปกติ ผมก็งงๆว่าผมต้องทำใจยอมรับให้คุ้นชินกับเรื่องแบบนี้หรอ, ระหว่างซ่อม แฟนผมก็พยายามติดต่อกับผู้จัดการไปด้วย เพราะเจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานไม่สามารถตอบคำถาม หรือ หาทางแก้ไขอื่นๆ ได้นอกจากรอซ่อม (เช่น ถ้าซ่อมไม่ได้จะให้ไปนอนไหนเพราะห้องอื่นๆเต็มหมดแล้ว รอซ่อมนานเป็นชั่วโมงแล้วมีชดเชยอะไรไหม) เจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานบอกให้โทรศัพท์คุยกับเบอร์ ********** ซึ่งยังไม่ใช่ผู้จัดการอยู่ดี ตอบคำถามไม่ได้เช่นกัน ได้แต่ย้อนถามมาว่าช่างยังไม่ไปดูหรอค่ะ(แฟนผมถามชื่อคนที่คุยด้วย เผื่อได้คุยกับผู้จัดการ แล้วจะได้เช็คว่าที่คุณแจ้งมาตรงกับนโยบายการให้บริการของโรงแรมไหม เจ้าหน้าที่ที่คุยด้วยบอกไม่สะดวกให้) แล้วก็โยนให้ไปคุยกับแอดมินเพจใน FB พอติดต่อไปใน FB ก็ไม่ได้ช่วยอะไรเลย นอกจากแค่ถามว่ามีช่างไปดูหรือยัง ช่างยังอยู่ในห้องไหม คือที่อยากได้จริงๆไม่ใช่การชดเชยหรือเงิน อยากได้ยินคือ “คำขอโทษ/ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวก และความรวดเร็วในการบริการแก้ไข” ซึ่งไม่ได้ยินและไม่ได้เห็นเลยตั้งแต่ระดับล่าง, โทรศัพท์คุย หรือ ทาง FB ในทางตรงกันข้ามห้องพักเพื่อนราคา 800 บาท ห้องน้ำรั่ว เค้ารีบขอโทษ จัดการซ่อม พอซ่อมไม่ได้ เค้าจัดการหาทางออกให้ หาที่พักอีกที่หนึ่งให้ทันที อยากแนะนำ 1. ผมกับแฟนเข้าใจว่ามันเหมือนอุบัติเหตุที่ไม่คาดคิด ทางโรงแรมก็ไม่อยากให้เกิด แต่เมื่อเกิดแล้วคุณมีวิธีการจัดการยังไง ผมรอครึ่งชั่วโมง ยังไม่มีใครมาเลย ต้องไปตามอีกรอบ ระหว่างซ่อมก็ให้นอนรอในห้องที่ซ่อมนั้นแหละ ปิดแอร์ สบายใจเลย, ความรวดเร็วในการแก้ไขไม่มีเลย 2. เจ้าหน้าที่ระดับล่างการบริการอาหาร เสิร์ฟ การต้อนรับพอใช้ครับ แต่เรื่องการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน ช่องทางการร้องเรียน ช่องทางการติดต่อบุคคลที่มีอำนาจในการตัดสินใจเรื่องแบบนี้ คือ ไม่มีเลย, มีแต่โยนกันไปโยนกันมา 3. WiFi ห้องข้างหลังก็ไม่ถึง ต้องเดินมาเล่นที่โซนรับประทานอาหารถึงจะใช้ได้, ก๊อกน้ำ/ที่แขวนสายฉีด/ฝักบัว น่าจะต้องดูแลความแข็งแรงนะครับ มันโยกเยก ใกล้จะหลุด 4. ถ้าราคาแบบนี้แพงเกินการบริการครับ ทำเลที่ตั้งคุณอาจจะดีติดทะเล แต่การบริการแบบนี้ ผมไปนอนห้อง 800 ยังสบายใจกว่าครับ ขอบคุณครับ
