The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with local and company standards. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to various accounting functions, from invoicing and reconciliations to financial reporting Key Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions in accounting software. • Prepare Monthly Sales & Purchase reports • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments to creditors and collection from debtors. • Manage and process payments to suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of outstanding invoices. • Reconcile records with monthly bank statements to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Payroll Processing • Oversee and maintain petty cash, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and supported by proper documentation. • Assist in the preparation of monthly closings and financial statements in accordance with company guidelines. Requirements: • Can Join immediately • Bachelor’s degree In Accounting • Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience • Must have knowledge of international trading operations • Proficiency in accounting software- Odoo, MS Excel  • Arab natives with fluency in English • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail. #Hiring Graphic Designer As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and layouts for various digital and print media. #Hiring Purchase Coordinator Purchase Coordinator: As a purchase coordinator you will oversee the purchase of goods, considering price, quality, and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply. You will have to keenly monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers. Also you will ensure a professional & consistent approach to all supplier relationships. Job Responsibilities: 1. Assisting in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on quality, price and delivery speed. 2. Monitoring inventories levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations. 3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. 4. Maintains complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system. 5. Processing purchase orders accurately according to company policies and procedures 6. Support Finance department in maintaining records and complete administrative tasks such as filling, data entry and document management.
