On December 4-5, an incredibly beneficial corporate meeting of the regional offices belonging to the @ica_events group took place in Dubai (UAE). The ICA Events corporate meeting brought together teams from the United Kingdom, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, China, Uzbekistan, Poland, and Romania. The two-day program included sessions featuring invited experts and presentations of practical case studies from each office. The main topics covered the latest trends in the exhibition industry, best practices, and innovative ideas for achieving success. There was also a ceremony to award dedicated employees who have worked for over 20, 15, and 10 years. This meeting marked an important step toward strengthening cooperation in our regions, uniting efforts to achieve a common vision. One Team, One Vision.

During the conference organized by ICA Events under the slogan “One Team, One Vision,” project event directors Gauhar Bekmanova, Yuliya Palagutina, and Head of the Content Department Olga Remorenko presented cases from the Kazakhstan office on several key points: *positive experience in cross-promotion events; *the importance of the content component in projects; *effective tools for elevating events to a new level, exemplified by KIOGE. The corporate meeting provided an opportunity for all regional offices to engage in informal discussions, summarize the year, establish new connections, and outline further development paths for their projects.
