The NY appeals court will likely uphold the decision of the Democrat-dominated lower court decision. They are all political animals in NY, which is why they picked NY to judge him. It will then go higher and be a test of the Supreme Court to see if they have the courage to take the case.
Let's hope Kamala isn’t President and appointing Justices before that happens. Do not doubt for a minute the malicious hatred the establishment has toward Trump. They will gladly send him away.
The objective on September 18th is to enable Presidential candidate Harris and the media-Democratic complex to label Trump “a convicted felon sentenced to prison” just weeks before Election Day, at a time when Americans will already have started voting.
My question is, if the near assassination of the man didn't secure his reelection, what bounce would come from his unjust incarceration? Are there really any undecided voters?
