Hen Yoga, Laughtercise Style! (1-hr sessions)
This ain’t just any Hen Do Yoga. It’s Laughtercise Style Hen Do Yoga! The kind of yoga where you stretch the smile muscles the most 😀
Stretch out those pre-party jitters and bond with your besties to set a calming and uplifting tone for the celebrations ahead! Whether your hens a yoga newbies or a seasoned pros, we’ve got the perfect class for them.
Our Hen Yoga covers all the essential standing and seated poses, building up to more challenging moves as we go along. You’ll master sun salutations, a flow of 12 poses that you can continue practicing at home (and for the bride to do on the evening before the wedding!). After working every muscle gently, we’ll wrap up with a relaxing guided meditation, followed by some playful acroYoga fun!
Looking for something specific? We can also offer Yin Yoga, Restorative, and Ashtanga classes. Just let us know if your bride-to-be has a favourite style!
Mats are provided and the sessions can be completed anywhere where there is space.

In this package you get everything above. And we mean everything! It’s everything we’ve got. We’re pooped after delivering this package. You get Hen Hilarity With Laughtercise (a 1-hr or 1.5hr session) + a Hen Yoga 1-hr session.

FAQ’s About Our Packages
Q. Where can a session be held?
A. We can come to your cottage, apartment, house…anywhere where there’s a reasonable amount of space. We can even come to a bar (if you have a private area).
Q. Are there any minimum or maximum numbers?
A. The minimum number is 6 and there is no maximum. The more hens the merrier!
Q. Can you cater for pregnant hens and hens with mobility issues?
A. Yes, all our activities and packages are designed with these in mind
Q. How much do sessions cost?

Hen Hilarity With Laughtercise 1-hr sessions:
10 hens or less: £390
11-15 hens: £39 per hen
16+ hens: £37 per hen
🛑 Due to demand in 2025, we can only offer a 1-hr session to groups of 16+ hens 🛑
Hen Hilarity With Laughtercise 1.5hr sessions:
10 hens or less: £490
11-15 hens: £49 per hen
16+ hens: £47 per hen
Fun Hen Yoga With Laughtercise 1-hr sessions:
10 hens or less: £390
11-15 hens: £39 per hen
16+ hens: £37 per hen

We can cover just about the whole of England (and Cardiff, Swansea, Glasgow & Edinburgh if you’re a large group). Please note that for rural areas, especially around the coasts, it may cost a little bit more due to travel time and costs.
