I was honored to be invited as a speaker to the the Bahrain #Diabetes & #Obesity conference under the theme of Diabetes and #Wellbeing, My talk was titled “Mental Health in Diabetes Care” a literature review showcasing the bidirectional relationship between diabetes and #mental #health. Additionally, the first Arabic book 📚 about Diabetes and Pregnancy was officially launched. Day 2 DiaLeb - National Diabetes Organization DiaLeb USA International Diabetes Federation

On Saturday, November 16th, the DiaLeb and Rotaract Zgharta Zawie partnership successfully conducted a screening campaign for displaced families in Zgharta, Lebanon. The initiative included essential #glucose screening and #nutrition consultations, underscoring the importance of #health management during these challenging times.

On the occasion of #WorldDiabetesDay, the Modern University Medical Care-MUMC, in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Health and the National Diabetes Association- #DiaLeb, held a #healthday, in the Modern University Medical Care Center in Samqaniya.
