Empowering the Future of Aviation At the Arab Aviation Summit 2025, industry leaders explored aviation training and workforce development. Captain Wissam Mehyou, CEO of IAE, emphasized the crucial role of education in shaping the future of aviation and how IAE is committed to providing comprehensive, end-to-end training solutions. He announced the IAA partnership with Alfaisal University in Riyadh, enabling students to complete ground school training in Saudi Arabia before progressing to IAE’s international flying bases. This initiative marks a significant step toward strengthening IAE’s presence in the KSA market and contributing to the country’s ambitious aviation growth plans. Captain Mehyou also revealed plans for two new training bases in strategic locations, in addition to the ongoing expansion of IAE’s UAE base. These expansions demonstrate IAE’s dedication to developing highly skilled aviators and ensuring that aspiring pilots have access to world-class training facilities.
