[Ongoing project🏗 ] - Kempinski Congo Brazzaville 🇨🇬 Our recent site visit with our partner MBTP & the team revealed significant progress, with works ongoing in all areas. 📍 Located on the banks of the majestic Congo River, the hotel will have a built-up floor area of 30,000m² and will house 197 guest rooms and suites with warm contemporary interiors and floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening out onto overhanging balconies. 🏨 The hotel’s layout is designed to maximize the waterfront experience, enhanced by the inclusion of a lower podium adjoining the hotel’s main building that overlooks the marina. This podium will house various leisure facilities, including a health club with a gym, a spa, outdoor swimming pools, and tennis courts. The hotel will also feature a dedicated conference center, a kids’ club, and food and beverage outlets set on the riverfront and surrounded by landscaped gardens. "Alfred Matta et Jacques Matta" had the honor of working on the iconic Interdesign furniture showroom in Wardieh, Hamra. Constructed amidst challenging circumstances, including periods of interruption due to wartime, our team remained steadfast in their commitment to bringing this architectural gem to fruition. Designed by the great architect Khalil Khoury, the showroom's striking brutalist exterior contrasts beautifully with its serene, open interior layout. Jacques Liger-Belair (1933 - 2024) Nous honorons la mémoire de Jacques Liger-Belair, un géant de l'architecture, dont l'empreinte au Liban et au-delà restera à jamais marquante. Pionnier visionnaire et architecte moderne, son travail continuera d'inspirer des générations. Nous avons eu le privilège et le plaisir de travailler avec lui et son bureau AAA sur plusieurs projets, notamment Le Patio, L'armonial, Beb Beirut, Grand Hills Village, Saints-Cœurs Hadath, Saints-Coeurs Zahle, entre autres. Nos pensées vont à sa famille et à la famille AAA. Que son âme repose en paix.

The works included the implementation of infrastructure plants and networks, including earthworks, civil and finishing works.
