Teach For Lebanon is looking for a passionate and dedicated English Access Microscholarship Program Teacher to join our team and inspire young minds at Amchit Public High School. The teacher will be developing and implementing lesson plans for students that meet the purposes of the Access program. They will hold classes on a regular basis and be responsible for assessing and guiding students to ensure their progression into the program. A beautiful display of solidarity and connection! Maya Hammoud, Cohort 15 Fellow at Teach For Lebanon, and Vanessa Muthama from Teach For Kenya connected to explore a collaboration focused on learners well-being. Although the war in Lebanon interrupted their plans, the spirit of support never wavered. During those difficult times, Vanessa stayed in touch and continued to offer support. Recently, she and her students created an encouraging and uplifting video filled with hope and admiration for our students here in Lebanon. In turn, our Grade 5 students at Tibnin Middle School responded with their own heartfelt video to thank them. Their shared passion for empowering students has been a true testament to the strength of global connections within the Teach For All network. Chemistry doesn’t feel challenging when it’s turned into a game! Batoul Taleb, a Cohort 16 Fellow, transformed periodic table terms and atomic compositions into an exciting bingo activity for her Grade 8 students. Each student took turns marking words on their bingo cards, racing to be the first to shout "Bingo!"
