A legend in the field of marketing Eardley Perera was instrumental in developing the Janashakthi Life brand to what it is today. His thirty year association with the Janashakthi Group drew to a close on 31st December 2024 when he retired as a Director of the HoldCo JXG. Our gratitude goes out to Uncle Eardley (as i have known him) for the immeasurable contribution to the group as a whole and to my personal and professional development in particular. An educator at heart EP has mentored, trained and taught thousands across the Mercantile sector in his 55 year career. An example of a professional manager and a good human being.
