The cold season is the perfect time for books and self-development, so... we've just launched an internal Avion Express Library in our offices in Vilnius and Malta! 📚 It’s not just a shelf of books for borrowing, but an e-library system, where one can browse the catalog of books shared by colleagues, reserve picks, and borrow them. The initiative—from the idea to this fantastic result—was created and developed by our amazing Engagement Crew! They, volunteers who dedicate their time to make a difference for the whole team, constantly do a brilliant job fostering our culture and spreading positivity throughout the Company. 🙌

The internal cadet program at Avion Express is turning dreams into reality! Meet Nedas Butkevičius, now a proud A320 First Officer, who began his journey with us as a cabin crew member. Always dreaming of becoming a pilot, Nedas found the perfect opportunity to take the first step toward his goal through this program. ✈️   We offer all our team members—regardless of their initial role—the chance to join our internal cadet program. This initiative empowers individuals to pursue a career as pilots, turning their dreams into reality, and giving them support and training to help transition to pilot roles. 👨✈️  “I am deeply grateful for this opportunity, especially since chances like these are rare in today's world.
