Turėdamas darbo patirties konstravimo srityje tiek Lietuvoje, tiek užsienyje, įskaitant darbą Danijoje su pažangių VIBRO konvejerinių sistemų projektavimu, Modestas į FITSOUT atnešė gilias technines žinias ir norą augti ir įgyti naujų žinių. Pradėjęs kaip metalo konstruktorius, per keletą metų jis tapo vedančiuoju konstruktoriumi, o išryškėjus lyderio savybėms ir departamento direktoriaus pavaduotoju. „Baldų projektavimas FITSOUT‘e – tai ne tik darbas – tai galimybė prisidėti prie išskirtinių projektų įgyvendinimo! His technical expertise and eagerness to learn and grow have made a significant impact on FITSOUT. Starting as a metal constructor, Modestas advanced over the years to become a lead designer, and with his leadership qualities, he is now the Deputy Director of the Design Department. The true uniqueness of this wooden table lies in its legs—spheres that support this functional masterpiece. Each sphere is carefully carved from the same wood, ensuring a seamless connection with the tabletop. This distinctive piece, crafted for Brecon in January, harmonizes beautifully with the season, its autumnal hues perfectly suiting this time of year.
