    GlobalTips clients have started abandoning bank terminals thanks to the Pay & Go option. 💸 Those who decided to use the Pay & Go option in their venue, which allows guests to pay for their meal through the GlobalTips QR code and split the bill in various ways, and also open the digital menu created for the venue by our Content Manager, have seen major differences in their operations. Those who use the Pay & Go option: • Receive significantly higher tips with orders Tips are given in 60% of orders through our platform, which is significantly higher than tipping rates via bank terminals. • Give guest an option to see digital menu full of branded photos, allergens details and etc. The menu is actively scanned by guests, even if not everyone completes a payment (our menu is scanned between 200 and 5,000 times per week at different venues). • Cut major costs on physical menus Many of our clients have fully transitioned to digital menus, saving on printing costs. • Save more money on acquiring fees thanks to the Pay & Go option GlobalTips processes between 10% and 55% of all transactions at venues. However, the percentage of payments made through QR codes depends on the venue’s motivation to promote this convenient payment method to guests. • Offer clients multiple payment options Our most popular payment methods are: Apple Pay (60%), Google Pay (20%), bank cards (10%), and Blik (10%).     Dotykacka x GlobalTips 🙋♀️Recently, we participated in one of the biggest events focused on solutions for restaurants, particularly in terms of the digitalization of their interactions with guests and the overall automation of processes in these establishments. You can access more information about the event here: gastroquickservice.com. 👋In the meantime, we were proud to partner with Dotykacka for a few days, standing together and helping others make informed choices regarding the digitalization of their restaurants. Our stand resembled a showroom for restaurant owners, highlighting the main foundation of GlobalTips, which is digitalization. Those who were interested had the chance to see how easy it is to navigate through GlobalTips products, such as the Digital Menu, options for splitting the bill, and how to order without a waiter by scanning a QR code. The most surprising reactions we observed on others' faces were: "How easy it is!" and "You don't need to be advanced in technology to use it every day."     It doesn't matter what your restaurant's style is and whether it's large or small, GlobalTips has already solved many different cases, and we are extremely proud of this. Before: This restaurant was spending a lot on printed menus, and many tourists didn’t speak English.
